I tried contacting the hotel a couple of times before I arrived to arrange airport pick up, using the contact email address listed in my booking confirmation, but never received a reply, and no one was at the airport to pick me up, so either the email address is wrong or they don't check it. I took a taxi to the hotel, and was feeling nervous. It was nearly midnight and dark, and I was in a foreign country, and if they weren't replying to my emails, what if they had gone out of business or something? Luckily, they were open and there was someone at the front desk, but it turned out they had no record of my booking. Luckily again, they had a spare room available that they let me use, but I have no faith in the booking.com service and would not use them again.
The rooms were clean and spacious, the air conditioning was good, the location is close to the airport, and it's good value for money.
