The seafood restaurants at Jimbaran beach.

We arrived in the morning and had a weird feeling right away. Upon check-in we were asked to pay the room right away which seemed a bit unusual as it had never happened in the previous three weeks of our stay in Bali. Once we got to the room we understood why: even though the room was spacious and generally clean it had an unpleasant smell, musty and mouldy. We were also informed that the key system was broken and the only card to open our door would be available at reception. This meant that we had to ask every time we wanted to get into our room. Before heading out for dinner we tried to get some information on the area and it turned out that the person working at the reception now understood no English whatsoever. We even had to look up the word key in Indonesian to get back into the room. As we couldn't be sure he would be there when we return from dinner we were afraid to leave. It also turned out that we were the only tourists and some of the other rooms were let to various people using them as offices and for other purposes. This also meant that different people were going in and out and hanging out at the tables near the pool all the time. Security didn't seem to be very high. The neighborhood in this part of Jimbaran itself is not very nice as well. All this together meant that we asked for the manager to complain and get some of our money back as we didn't want to stay the night. Of course the reception did not understand at first, with some Indonesian words we eventually managed to make him call his boss but it didn't seem to work. In the end we just left and wrote the money off. The whole experience has left a sour feeling in our mouth after a very nice three weeks holiday in Bali. We would definitely not recommend the hotel. Especially not for 450.000 Rupiahs, you can do better for this amount of money.

The quietness of the villa despite being less than 50 metres from a major busy road. A very nice and filling breakfast. Three warungs for lunch and evening meal within 100 metres of villa. WiFi provided in a quiet area near the pool. The genuine friendliness of the owner and all staff. A very relaxing stay.

Shower water pressure hopeless. No coffee/tea making facilities in room. I brought this up with Sam the manager, so it may have changed.

staff were excellent, service great, rooms clean. Beach was awesome !!

No fridge

I liked the hotel so much! It us near the beach, fish market. The service is great - people in the hotel are smart Ane the try to do everything for guess! I will try to čime back there

Prompt and very friendly pick up and drop off from airport in Denpasar.... Very helpful and attentive staff at hotel.

i found the location great for where i needed to be , easy to get to the beach,local shoping and so quiet at night.The staff are few however they are more than happy to go out of there way for you .This was my 7th trip to bali and ive stayed in a different spot each time.I would book here again with out hesitation.The room was great and the pool was so refreshing.

There is no signs off the main streets to direct you to the villas. everything else was great

The smallness of the hotel. The friendly and helpful nature of the staff.

Village Indah unfortunately is only relative new so Tour and Taxi drivers find it difficult to locate. When they do it is convenient and easy to navigate to and there are places to eat in close proximity.

Unfotunately the pictures did not fit to the room we got. Disappointed. In the middle of nowhere. Far from everything. Would not go back!! Thoveryugh lovely people in the hotel

modern, nice pool, good breakfast (but ditch the french fries), helpful staff and nice surroundings and rooms

bit noisy from road, staff lovely but did all not speak english so a little confusion here and there. no where near the timbaran eat on beach experience so get a taxi - we got lost and even the taxi could not find it. when you get there make sure you get a map and directions before setting off to eat.

Small nice place with friendly staff. There are not so many hotels around and it is a short 10 min walk to the beach. If you habe a problem, tehy will definitely help you.

Only the boss and one guy from the reception desk are speaking english. Surely enough, but could be better.

Der Service war perfekt und besser als im 5 Sterne Hotel. Der Besitzer liest jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab.

Kein abgeschossenes Badezimmer. Die Lage ist mitten im Wohngebiet

设施不错、服务热情、华人开设有亲切感。

周边环境较乱，步行到金巴兰海滩较远，必须穿越村庄及小道！餐具需要加强清洁。

就是离金百兰海滩15分钟步行才选择这里，其他住的方面就像小家庭旅馆。。

我住两天，根本就没其他人入住。酒店估计是一个小家族开的。。。可以叫旅店，泳池好小，比你家客厅还小

Gentillesse du personnel

La proximité avec l'aéroport (seulement 10 petites minutes en voiture pour s'y rendre) et la plage (5 minutes à pieds en passant par un petit chemin qui vaut mieux prendre de jour !). La piscine très sympathique. Le personnel également très sympathique. Réception 24h.

L'odeur de renfermé dans la chambre.

设施布局很好，很漂亮，房间也很舒服，服务人员态度非常好，性价比高

Les bungalows étaient très jolis

L attente pour les dîners (2h )et le fait qu eloigné de tout il sne faisaient pas assez les courses genre il n y avait plus de grandes bouteilles d eau ou que des grandes bières ils ne s'approvisionnaient pas tous les jours idem pour les plats de la carte beaucoup étaient indisponible

La tranquilidad de la casa y la piscina muy bonita. El area de Jimbaran donde está situado el Village Indah, es realmente muy autentico y local ( te permite ver como viven la gente del lugar.) También puedes llegar andando hasta la playa y ver la lonja y los barcos de pesca.

Hay pocas indicaciones para llegar a la casa; pasamos por delante sin verla ( preguntamos a unos vecinos que amablemente nos acompañaron).

Очень понравился номер сюит, двух -этажный, с двумя двухместными кроватями, почему-то на сайте нет возможности проживать вчетвером, а мы с детьми замечательно поселились, но! туалет один общий.

Завтраки, наши тарелки оставались полными, то что там лежало для нас было невкусно

Le personnel est très a l'ecoute. Le rapport qualité prix est mauvais mais resta acceptable. Très bon hôtel a faire en descendant de l'avion.

Las habitaciones son modernas, cómodas, grandes y con terraza. La decoración muy cuidada. Las zonas comunes muy bonitas también, una piscina exterior preciosa, con desayunos en la terraza de la piscina, mucha tranquilidad y el personal muy complaciente. Nos dieron muchas facilidades, incluso para conseguir servicios fuera del hotel, hicieron por facilitarnos todo durante nuestra estancia.

El personal no habla muy bien ingles y a veces nos costo comunicarnos.

Big breakfast Quiet Close to the airport

Before we arrived we didn't know we had to pay only by cash and all nights reserved on check in. We didn't have a bill.

L'hotel non é niente di ricercato, stanze grandi ma essenziali, livello di pulizia minimo. Consigliato per giovani viaggiatori senza grosse esigenze che si adattano facilmente a tutto. Ottima la posizione vicina all'aeroporto.

Nessuna grossa lamentela, ma non mi é piaciuto particolarmente.

Not too far from the beach. Room upgrade without any fees. Nice pool which helps to beat the heat of south bali.

The staff was quite confused with the normal tasks.
