Most beautifull hotel I ever stayed in. Bathroom in our ibah suite was amazing. Including outdoor shower and private pond with fish. The scenery and view from te room are amazing. Great stay and even more beautifull than the pictures allready do sugest.
Hotel restaurant was very nice for breakfast with friendly staff but quality of dinner was slightly dissapointing.
Location and view is great, with good facilities. Personnel is very helpful and kind.
Isolation needs improvement; at first night it was not pleasant to meet a giant centipede in the room. Staff was very helpful and changed the room to a higher floor. Due to humidity there is distinct smell in the rooms from time to time. AC is loud and not very efficient.
Pool Massage rooms and Wayan Gardens Shuttle Bathroom Outdoor patio Fruit on arrival
My view of hillside instead of treetops. I specifically went to Ibah for treetop room and was upgraded, so they told me, butnit was to a villa with dry hillside view, very disappointed as it wasn't cheap. Hard pillows Wasn't shown where power points etc were Some staff were not immediately friendly
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is the perfect place to relax. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel.
It was perfect
Excellent staff, atmosphere of the hotel, great design of this hotel, free transport from the hotel to any place in town and back.
This is a beautiful property right in the middle of Ubud. We felt like we were in the jungle in a temple yet could walk everywhere within a few minutes. Beautiful room with outside and inside shower. We had lunch by the pool often. Enjoyed nearby temple and rice field walk which were both nearby. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful
Nothing to not like tho if you are disabled I would request room close to lobby as some rooms are further away or up stairs we loved the treetop rooms but they are a little walk over cobblestones so just to be aware.
The location was really great. Not too far from central Ubud, but close to nature. I could hear the sound of river stream from my room. A perfect place if you're looking for peaceful and quiet.
Wifi was not free of charge.
Fantastic hotel!! Highly recommend it!
Large suites with very large bathroom plus outdoor bathroom; the photos don't do it justice. The outdoor pool is very nice and the pool staff are very attentive.
There was a big ceremony for the temple next to the hotel. Hundreds of people attended this over the few days I stayed. It was interesting seeing this ceremony close up but it was also quite hectic and noisy. I had anticipated a peaceful and tranquil stay - it didn't bother me too much in the end but I think the management should have forewarned customers to manage expectations.
Couldn't fault anything. A truly amazing and beautiful hotel, peaceful, tranquil and gorgeous grounds.
We loved everything about this place.
Loved accomodation, excellent service, cleanliness & hospitality
I have been going to Ubud for many years and normally stay at a different hotel which was booked out this time so stayed here but was very impressed. It is close enough to town to walk but far enough out not to be too chaotic. It is actually in the grounds of a temple and it carries that feeling about it so very tranquil. The room even though we had the smallest room there was huge! And the bathroom totally amazing! Loved everything.
Nothing at all totally loved it.
The location is perfect-walking distance to all you need to see and do in Ubud, and yet so secluded and quiet - you will never know of this paradise when you see the entrance from the busy street. We stayed in a TreeTop villa 206, and the view of lush greens and the sound of nature is absolutely amazing. Fairly good breakfast, decent spa experience and the most amazing pool! The pictures do not do justice to this resort.
Unfortunately there was a very distinctive stale smell in the bed, and it just would not go away. Don't really know if it was from the linen (I doubt it though) or the baldachin, but in any way it was quite bad and I regret to say -- I did not look forward to sleeping in it.
The Ibah is a little oasis in a very central location. The staff are wonderful and eager to help and they have a driver who will take you to most places in the Ubud area free of charge. We loved it.
The stay in this hotel was just amazing!! The staff was very friendly and the location is just breathtaking. Near to the city center but far enough to have a great sense if privacy. We felt previliged to stay at this hotel and will return if we decide to revisit Ubud.
Nothing actually, perhaps maybe the fact that you had to get a new wifi code every 24 hrs. My girlfriend indicated she could have done with some more light in the bathroom. These arehonedtly the only two things we could come up with which are up for improvement but not significant enough to mention if you consider the total good experience!!
Everything especially the Balinese massage for two with complimentary bottle of champagne. Food was also splendid in the restaurant. We loved the Ibah. Will definitely return.
Only thing we've put as good and not excellent was the quality of sleep. There was an air conditioning unit outside the room and it was fairly noisy. Otherwise everything was fabulous.
Location, hotel decoration and surrounding, hotel free shuttle service
Wifi was not working in my ROYAL suit room though many complains, lights in room is very dim, stars in the suit is very slippery. Royal suit is not recommended because its on lower floor level.
Perfect for couples. A very special place!
The hotel was apparently the former residence of the royal family of Bali. It is beautiful, made of old stones. The pathways are very charming, and the swimming pool area is splendid, with old alcoves where you can lay down... So fantastic facilities/infrastructure... except for the Wifi! Location is very near the center of Ubud (5min walk). We had a very large room, with a nice view. The bathroom was very nice too, with an outside rainshower. We wish we could have stayed longer...
Wifi not working properly/reliably.
Outstanding location in the heart of Ubud. Only a handful of luxurious suites in a big natural landscape resort space so it felt like we were the only people there. Perfect!
It would have been great to have breakfast included but plenty of cafés and warungs nearby with amazing food. No complaints at all!
My husband and I stayed in this hotel for two nights in an ibah suite - the room was beautiful and very spacious as well as being very private. It's in a great location aswell perfect for wondering around ubud. Would highly recommend.
Beautiful settings in the jungle, quiet eventhough 5 minutes away from busy Ubud center, free shuttle.
The hotel is quite pricy for the quality of the services. The management is trying but not very good. Very pricy breakfast.
Everything. Could not be more perfect.
Nothing. It really was perfect.
The ancient ambiance and location. The pool was amazing and the style of the Ibah Suites.
