In the town area 1) The hotel can't charge US$ to the credit card. The room charge has to be converted to RP from US$ based on the hotel rate; 2) No electric water pot in the room. Need to call Room Service for hot water, which is chargeable. |

Good location for shopping and restaurants Room not very clean. Shower dirty and sheets felt unclean. Very noisey with room above us partying till daybreak. |

Location very good. The airport shuttle is chargable & they forgot to pick us up at the airport. I have to call them & remind them. The amount varies from staff to staff. The room very dusty & not very clean. The tv is old, the furniture looks old & worn out. The electrical fittings are lose & not working very well. I will not come back to this hotel. There are much better hotel available at the price I have paid. |

location is really good if you want shopping pubs and clubs - it is very central not really suited to families - there are a lot of football teams and large groups of young people (great if you fit into these groups) It is a bit old and the paths and pool areas could do with a good clean. We had towels from the previous occupants still on the outside table when we left three days later |

Nice pool, nice grounds, good location just far enough off the main road to not be noisy but close enough to walk to the main road. Excellent breakfast. Maintenance of rooms not so good, AC not working very well, bathroom sink leaking. Definitely not 4 stars but nevertheless a great value for $60usd. |

It's a nice budget hotel, but nothing special about it. Good location: off the main road (so you don't get to hear all the Legian noise), close to the beach (10 minutes walk), generally okay in terms of cleaniness and services. Breakfast was rather scarce, furniture is out-dated, the rooms are located in such a way that I didn't get any sunlight in my room. |

The location is quiet but allows ready access to all of the local attractions. the staff were friendly and obliging. No towels were available until 5pm - and we had spent a long time in a bus and wanted to shower |

Удобное место расположения. Но ночью иногда слышна музыка с Легиана. Нормальные завтраки. Небольшая, но ухоженная территория. Хороший небольшой бассейн. Стандартный номер - чисто, стол, кровать, шкаф, сантехника сильно изношена. Подходит как промежуточный пункт на 3-5 дней для путешествующих по Бали или др. островам. Хотелось бы получать уведомление о предстоящих ремонтных работах до бронирования номера. Мы останавливались в отеле повторно с 01 по 06 ноября, - в этот период в отеле проводились ремонтные работы в двух корпусах, о которых нас не предупреждали. |

Het lag midden in Kuta, dichtbij de winkels. De kamer was vies, en oudbollig ingericht. De handdoeken zijn oud, vies en versleten. Ook het beddegoed was niet schoon. |

prachtig zwembad, oase van rust midden in drukke kuta, vriendelijke personeel, prijs/kwaliteit is zeer goed, elke dag schoon beddengoed, mooie tuin bij aankomst wilde ze perse dat ik 2 weken vooruit betaalde met mijn creditcard, ik heb dit geweigerd en er werd moeilijk over gedaan. aangegeven dat het niet gebruikelijk is dat je 2 weken vooruit betaald. kamers zijn iets verouderd, likje verf en antikal zou wonderen doen. bij zwembad zat het vol australiers met flessen bier in het water. |
