The very friendly staff, excellent service, attention to detail. Beautiful Room with our own Butler Eka who looked after our every need and was delightful. This was our second visit to Ziva Villas and we will return again.

There was not anything that we did not like.

The pool of 1 bedroom villa is a good size, size of villa is fair.

The kitchen and dining area is outdoor and too hot to dine in the day time, too many sliding doors. wardrobe and changing area is outdoor not convenient and damp.

The villa itself has a peaceful nature design... everything was clean including the room, outdoor kitchen, pool. It also has a nice privacy feeling. The airconditioning was good and there's enough entertainment devices inside to do all sorts of things.

Only the mosquitoes. Was bitten several times while in the room.

Loved the location & that it was very private & peaceful. Rooms were good & had a large pool & quite modern.

Attention to some details could be improved.

i cant describe the staff in any world , they are more than excellent , more than professional and more than respectful.

This place is amazing! We have stayed at a lot of nice places over the years, but nothing compares to our room at the Ziva Boutique Hotel. Each room is a private courtyard with trees, plants, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, and the bedroom suite. The private pool wraps around the glass- encase room. You step from your bed right into the swimming pool. Each bathroom has a double-wide tube that fits two people. The rooms look like a modern Manhattan apartment, but in a tropical setting with a pool. The place was so nice that wife chose not to leave our courtyard the first day. It is so much nicer to relax within the your private villa. There are only 7 villas. The staff is large (like most businesses in Bali) and all are very friendly and accommodating. They come each morning to cook a private breakfast in your outdoor kitchen. From the hotel, it is an easy walk to all of the Seymenak shops.

Room design - light and tropical with large pool area. Villa was clean and very comfortable.

Die Lage Die Unflexibilität des Personals schlechte Englisch Kenntnisse 25% Zuschlag des gebuchten Preises um am Abreisetag das Zimmer 2 Stunden länger benutzen zu können beim Frühstück gab es drei verschiedene zur Auswahl, jedoch waren diese immer gleich 5 Sterne definitiv übertrieben, allein der Pool macht keine 5 Sterne, 4 Sterne sind ok ( die Preisspanne des Hotels ist viel zu hoch und übertrieben) wir haben für 10 Übernachtungen 3000 US Dollar bezahlt, haben aber auch gelesen dass für den gleichen Zeitraum und Tage auch schon mal das gleiche Zimmer zwischen 7000 und 12000 US Dollar angeboten wird, was definitiv übertrieben ist.Für den Preis den wir bezahlt haben war es jedoch völlig ok und wir konnten trotzdem schöne Tage in Ziva Boutique Villa verbringen. Wir würden nicht unbedingt Ziva Boutique weiter empfehlen da in Seminyak viele Villen mit Pools angeboten werden wo Lage und Leistung sicherlich besser sein könnten.

Enkele minuten lopen van de bekende oberoistreet. Ook het strand is te doen. Ruime villa met riant zwembad. Lunch was smakelijk en heel betaalbaar.

Bij aankomst werd, na lang wachten, vermeld dat we voor 2 nachten naar een andere villa werden gebracht. Dit kwam ons zeer slecht uit omdat we al in verschillende hotels waren geweest in Bali en dit hadden uitgekozen om een week te blijven. zonder te verkassen. Vergoeding was een massage, vergeleken met de andere massage in heel bali was dit de allerslechtste. Het werd de Maca villas. Vgl met ziva uitzonderlijk attent personeel, heel goed ontbijt. In ziva was het. Onbijt slecht. Heel leuk dat ze het in de villa kwamen bereiden, maar alles was oud en niet vers. Aardig personeel, maar totaal niet opgeleid. Weten echt niet wat ze moeten doen. Ondanks de luxe van de villa en de centrale ligging zullen we de villa niet meer boeken

객실과 풀이 다른 빌라에 비해 넓습니다. 구글지도에 나와 있는것과 위치가 달라 처음 예약하지 않으려 했으나 호텔사이트에서 위치 확인하고 예약했습니다. Bvilla와 Bli bli 사이에 위치하고 있고 식당가와 스미냑 스퀘어에서 멀지 않습니다.

조식은 기대 이하였구요. 지역적인 특색이긴하지만 커피포트에 석회질이 아예 돌처럼 굳어져 있어서 생수넣어 끓여봐야 소용없어 보이더군요.

The pool was the right size and the villa itself was cosy. Location was also good as it takes not more than 10 mins drive to the beach, shopping and dining area in seminyak and oberoi.

Excellent size Villa

Staff were very friendly but poor english for a luxury Villa. The pool turned our swim clothes green!

Loved the design and layout of the bedroom, living area and bathroom. Especially enjoyed the seclusion and size of the private pool which you can access either from the outdoor bathroom or airconditioned bedroom. Step access to the pool is from outside, the access from the room itself is straight into the pool through sliding doors. The staff never came into the villa while we were there except to cook breakfast at the time we requested. They always rang first to make sure it was okay. Quiet area but not too far from great restaurants and shopping (walking distance). In room menu is reasonably priced.

Breakfast menu is a little limited and the in room food quality is a little inconsistent.

The villa is beautifully designed and the best part is the huge swimming pool. And the sound system in the villa is also very good.

1.Found it really strange that a five star accomadation did not have a bathtub. 2. Supply of drinking water limited to 4 bottles per day. have stayed in several villas in seminyak and all the others had a water cooler. For the price that we are paying one would expect this would be taken care of without restrictions. 3. House-keeping. Room was not cleaned till mid afternoon and had to call them to do so. On third day we were waiting to see if they cleaned our villa and to our amazement they did not!! 4. Hospitality. As compared to the other villas we have stayed, Ziva would have to be at the bottom of the scale as far as hospitable staff are concerned. It is a beautiful place without soul. You do not feel the warmth and service culture of the people working here. It just feels cold.

I like the design of the villa. The pool is clean but can be much better.

Breakfast was taken note the day before, however, I didn't get what I wanted. My breakfast was just one juice, one pancake and some fruits. Not forgetting the tea. That's all for the breakfast inclusive. No doors to the toilet. And the toilet get wet and it won't dry up unless someone cleans it. I went out for dinner at night and I came back. I realized my bed was tidied. I hidden my camera at the pillow but ended up it was easily to be seen. However.. The welcome towel and the drinks wasnt clean up. The insect spray wasn't put back to the original position.

Villa was spacious and modern. Pool was a great size-very big for a 1 bedroom villa. The villa was very private and quiet. Good location, close to everything and a short walk to the restaurant strip in Seminyak.

Villa was a weird set up. Didn't like that the toilet was open and you could see it from the bedroom (not so great if you and your partner aren't comfortable with each other!). When it rained the toilet and bathroom flooded quite a bit. We found one staff member rude and very unhelpful. We asked for an egg with the vegetarian breakfast and he said they couldn't do that, not a hard request we thought. His English was pretty limited and we had problems checking out with him too. Rest of staff were ok though but this would put me off staying here again.

Excellent location, very close to everything. Room was very nice and private pool was great.

Whilst the villa looks luxury the place could do with a new coat of paint. Also the service was not up to scratch for a luxury villa of this price. A number of times there was no one to answer room service and when they cleaned the room they left a number of dirty plates. They could also do with providing a shuttle service that doesn't cover only a small area near the villa. Overall its a nice place, great room perfect for relaxing but not worth the price imo.

Really nice Villas, swiming pool is huge. Staff really nice and always helpfull.
