Wir wurden, trotz Verspätung sehr freundlich empfangen. man ist dort sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht, es werden Ausflugsangebote empfohlen. Stets hat man Zeit ein paar persönliche Worte zu wechseln. |

SErvice war super, wir mussten morgens bald abreisen und es gab für uns um 6 Uhr Frühstück. Herzlichenh Dank nochmals Liegt 4 Km von Killarney weg, ist für den nächtlichen Heimweg etwas zu weit, war aber kein Problem |

Die Hotelbesitzerin ist einfach unglaublich nett und hilfbereit. Sie hat immer einen Tip auf Lager. Das Hotel hat einen sehr schönen irisch/englischen touch. Da in Irland die Hotels/Häuser alle an der einen Straße liegen, die durch das Land führt, sollte man sich aber unbedingt Oropax einstecken...dann ist das alles kein Problem. |

Direkt an der Nationalstraße gelegen, laut von außen und von innen. Statt Bettdecken nur in löchrige Leintücher eingeschlagene Schafwolldecken. Frühstück erst ab 8.00 h, stattdessen kein angemessenes Breakfastppaket. Bestellter Weckruf blieb aus. Ungemütliohes dunkles Zimmer. Kleine Dusche/WC mit einem kläglichen Rinnsal aus dem Duschkopf. |

The owners could't have been friendlier or more helpful. They answered many questions and gave us ideas to make our stay in Killarney more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good and we also enjoyed a very good dinner at the 19th Green Restaurant at Killarney Golf and Fishing Club. The location was just out of town, but close to the golf and still very close to the heart of everything. It would be ideal for the 2010 Irish Open if it ends up in Killarney! |

The hotel manager refused to give me a normal printed receipt ( with hotel registration/VAT), instead he gave me a hand writing receipt with nothing written there just the amount paid and number of nights which has no value for my account. I do need a proper receipt and I could not have it. |

Friendly, casual atmosphere. Good Irish Breakfast. Quiet guesthouse -nice cosy lounge but no Bar. Noisy road traffic in front bedroom. Overall, would definately stay there again. No Bar. Noisy road traffic in front bedroom. |

Nice common areas. We had two rooms and they varied significantly in style, decor, and even smell. Ours was old decor and musty-smelling. The other one was updated and smelled clean and fresh. I could also smell cigarettes from an office by the reception desk, which was none too pleasant. |

Excellent accommodation and meals (great chef). Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. A visit to the golf course/clubhouse recommended. Wish we had stayed longer. |

Room was spacious and on the ground floor. Wifi access was very good in the lounge room Room was musty, with some mould in the bathroom.breakfast foods (cereals and bread) were left out all night. Televisions were very small considering the room size. |

Unfortunately almost nothing!!!! the only thing which was acceptable was the living room with a fireplace alongwith the situation of the hotel on the road to reach the ring of Kerry room was dirty, we have holes in our sheets. There were spiders and dust in the bathroom |
