Copper Beech is rather close to the town centre. As most guests had obviously booked their rooms with booking com, we met interesting nice people from many different countries. The breakfast was good and tasty. We were completely surprised to get a very small room in an annex in the backyard, because we had not seen anything like that on any of the 14 beautiful pictures on the "booking com" website of Copper Beech. We would never have booked one of those four rooms in the annex if we had seen them before. Moreover, the room was quite damp and smelly and not really clean. The "bathroom" (without window or proper ventilation) was so tiny that everything was soaking wet after using the shower. We have never seen anything like that before.

Easy access to the city. The room was in need of update. Sheet torn, bedclothes old and worn. Roof window blind broken. It was extremely noisy. En suite; tiny. Car parking was a joke all cars piled into a tiny space, therefore when leaving cars had to be moved to allow you exit. Did not provide value for money. I do not want this information passed on with my details to the owner. I want to remain anonymous.Thank you

Excellent location, less than 10 minute walk to town Breakfast was generous and delicious with extremely friendly service Very good cleanliness overall in guest rooms and throughout the house Very pleased to have stayed here.. Shower in room on third floor was extremely small,, if the soap is dropped, you could not pick it up.. Astronauts have larger showers..

It was fairly close to walk to the main Eyre Square area. We missed the breakfast, but I'm sure it was delicious. The room was clean, but very small. It has a beautiful courtyard that was nice to sit and relax in. The shower was the smallest shower I've ever seen. The room was also very small. Very expensive. We paid less at other places and had much larger rooms with better location.

I was staying at Copper Beech Gueshouse for only one night because it was the only accommodation available at that time. I was accommodated in something like a bower in the backyard which could be reached by a dark trail - not very comfortable at night when you're travelling alone as a woman. The wireless lan connection did not work at my room and the owners weren't cooperative about that matter. There was no hot water early in the morning, but it worked later that morning.

The location was excellent suited our needs perfectly. Room facilities were as expected, breakfast was good. Parking off road but a bit tight! Owners were welcoming and helpful. Had read previous reviews saying the single rooms outside were small, all I can say is that the reviewers must have been large Only minor niggles: The floor in the downstairs single bedroom was stone tiled which made for a chilly walk to the bathroom. The tv remote control didnt seem to control anything. Breakfast was a bit rushed i.e. both mornings my cooked breakfast arrived before I'd finished my porridge
