The staff were polite and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy. Did the job perfectly. An alarm went off at 6am and rang for at least 30minutes, but it may have been from an ajoining building. |

I thought that it was a disgrace that the only facilities for breakfast were in a fast food outlet serving greasy, unhealthy food. I also thought it cost twice as much as it should given that it was only a room with no other services. Lastly the walls were paper thin and I could hear every sound from the room next door. |

I liked about our stay at the Travelodge Waterford that my kids each had there own beds with the sofa and the sofa pull out thing. But if your kid is too big they will not fit on the pull out thing. The staff was really nice and helpful. I did not like a lot about the hotel. It was far from good Resturants, Pubs and night life. It had no phone in the room. Use of the computer in lobby is 6 Euros an hour. There was stains and burn holes in room. |

The Hotel was fine for what we wanted and for the rate we paid. Good Location. Decent size room. It could have done with more towels and toiletries. There was no hair dryer or ironing board which would have been useful. The walls and bathroom were a bit grubby looking and could have done with a touch up. |

It is a Travelodge therefore it is bare basics only. But that is what they tell you so you can't be surprised. Avoid the attached eatery (word use losely) as there are plenty of nice places to eat in town. |

On the western side of Waterford close to Waterford Crystal. Typical new-ish Travelodge. Clean and tidy not really anything to complain about given that the Travelodge chain is a budget hotel |

There was no Power to the 13 amp sockets in my room. Had to boil the kettle in the hall both evening and morning. |

Location and staff where exellent The bed was not very comfortable. Only one tiny piece of soap, no shampoo. The room was not cleaned after the first night so we had to request clean towels. |

great value and clean i was given a smoking room when i clicked non smoking when i booked on line. Upon arrival i was told the non smoking bit I clicked was only if possible......My room was filthy with smoke and as none of my family smoke we could not stay there. We were lucky to get another room as one became vacant that night. If that had not been available we would have had to go else where. The point is when you click non smoking it should 100% be non smoking not an aspiration. The staff were great. This would appear to be a process thing. |

Only 5min drive to Waterford city centre. We had booked a family room which was explained on the internet as having room for ie. 2 adults +2kids or 3 adults + 1 kid.!! This did not make sense as when we got there a family room only had a double bed + a sofa bed that could be broken down in to two very small single beds. But on the picture of the family rooms on the internet it was deceiving as it looked like there was a double bed, single bed and the sofa bed that breaks up in to two beds. I travelled with three small children so one of them had to sleep with me. The room was not very big once you pulled out the sofa bed. It was pretty much a standard size double room. |

the staff were polite and helpful and the room was clean and very acceptable - the state of the bed spoilt our stay. the bed was a total wreck - dipping in the middle and the springs noisy - only good for the rubbish tip - an absolute nightmare of a night in that bed. The cost of having the dog in our room was very very expensive - 20 euros is far too much -our dogs slept in their own cages and to have to pay 40 euros was stretching things a bit. I think that 10euros per dog would be a very fair cost. |
