Freundlicher Empfang, saubere Zimmer, Bad und sanitäre Einrichtungen gepflegt, Heizung konnte individuell und sehr genau geregelt werden. Das Hotel liegt schon sehr weit vom Stadtzentrum weg. Man braucht 45 Min zu Fuß (von der Westmoreland Street aus). Es gibt kein Frühstück vor 7:30. Ich musste um 8.00 am Busbahnhof sein, also mit leerem Magen. |

Das Hotel liegt ein paar Minuten außerhalb des belebten Stadtzentrums, welches man aber bequem mit Bussen oder auch in ca. 15 min. zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. |

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The nearby Grosvenor Baptist Church is good for a visit. The hotel room was small, not spacious or particularly elegant. As to the area: Rathmines seems like a nice place to live, but not so interesting to visit. Aside from the church mentioned above, we did not find much of interest in the district. Perhaps the area businesses are 'quirky', but they are also expensive. |

Required value room for late check in with 2 yr old needing operation at Crumlin following morning. Staff kind and helpful. Location perfect. Served needs, minimal decor, could maybe brighten room a little. Great value for 45 euros though. |

afraid staff were unaware of my booking. i believe we were put into a room which was earmarked for upgrading. this was borne out by the poor condition of the bathroom. |

Location of the hotell was very good, only few kilometres from the city center and Grafton Street. It was easy to check-in. The hotell itself was simple - but we didn't ned much more. Staff was also very kind. The nights were kind of cold. And the thermostats didn't work - but that didn't bother much. We managed :) |

The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have every slept in. We were visiting relatives in Rathmines so it was perfectly located. The room was very small and the television was laughably tiny. |

Convenient location, ease of checking out Came back late one night to find doors locked, no one on reception and a 'back soon' note. They were back soon but that is not at all acceptable. |

Receptionist was very helpful on getting a parking space for my car. Breakfast was delivered on time and was of good quality. Switch on kettle was broken, shower door would not close properly. Overall the room was clean but the Hotel could do with a maintenance make over. However, still good value. |

The rooms where very poor, hotel was miles away from the centre and everything on your site about the hotel was miss leading. The room had ants!!!, We complained a number of times and nothing was done!!!! |

Very well situated near a few good local bars / restaurants, a short walk to Dublin city centre (15 - 20 mins) with plenty of buses as an alternative. The elevator smelt like vomit, obviously not much they can do about it but try and mask the smell with toxic cleaners. They don't give you the option of re-using your towels, so a fresh towel is used everyday, not very environmentally friendly. |

Staff friendly. The bathroom was appalling - it was a disabled room and the shower leaked terribly. To say we paid £90 per night per room I would have expected more. We asked for more towels, were told they'd be left for us but still had to request them again and they had been removed the next day so we still had a very dangerous wet floor. |
