It was easy travel from Dublin Airport and the Irish Dance Feis we came for, we also liked the fact it had a Metzo restaurant attached. The smell of paint, but we understand that you have to do this at some point. |

The size of the bed and the fact that the room was very clean The door did not lock properly on the inside, but it seemed to be secure as I was not able to enter without the key. The lock needs attention. |

Many people staying at the hotel (including us) needed to travel a few km to the airport, however the hotel did not provide transportation to the airport. |

Very clean and spacious, very good bath/shower and washroom. The connected cafe served very satisying food and coffee. The bus to the airport stops less than two minutes walk away from hotel lobby (bus ticket cost 1.70 and journey takes 5mins, drops you off just outside the airport entrance). |

I used a 3V Visa card to book the room and when I tried to pay for the room with it the woman didn't know how to process the card by hand. |

The staff were helpful. Cold room, no shampoo etc. no hairdryer, broken phone. Also having to buy a phone card to use the phone feels like a rip-off since I already had a phone card with me. |

Calm and quiet atmosphere and courteous staff. Non-availability of an adequate eating facility in the premises or elsewhere closeby. |

Very confortable, large and clean room. Close to the airport and quite close to the city centre (there is a connection by public bus). The village of Swords can be reached on foot and is good for shopping and meals. |

very handy for staying in if you have early flight at am and also convient if arriving after late night flight. yes there was, reception desk seemed to be crowded with young people hanging around even though they were already checked in.alsu there was a mix up in my reservation as i was booking rooms for 3 people, i found the persion that i e mail to be most ignorent and very unhelpful. it was only after several e mails and dealing with the booking supervisor that the problem was sorted. |

Staff on desk friendly. Quickly offered to move me to another room when group on corridor became noisy. Had only checked in at eleven pm when lights went out in room due to power cut.Hotel generators did not work. Two pleasant lads on desk really unsure what to do when I enquired.Continued to check people in.No senior person on site. Was moved rooms due to noisy group on corridor. This group were on the corridor because they were not prepared to go into totally dark rooms. Finished up having to get ready for bed by light of my mobile phone!! I know hotel not responsible for powercut but they are responsible for insuring generators work, not to mention the safety issues of all rooms being in total darkness. |
