The price was reasonable and location was all this place had going for it
Staff member at breakfast was very unfriendly shortage of cups and towels in room Breakfast was very small Beds were rock hard and outdated we barely slept
Top staff, very friendly and helpful.
to be fair for €49 for a nights stay including breakfast surely no one could expect a palace. did the job!
was not the cleanest of places and alot of unfinished work like pipes exposed in bathroom with holes surrounding them. again €49 for 2 people. did the job!
Ask me to switch to one room for 2 after I had booked 2 single rooms - had to make a point of the fact I wanted 2 single rooms and didn't want to be put into one room.
Great location. I'm not a big fan of leopards as a species so it was great to see their skins adorning every available square inch of the B&B. Rarrrrr.
Breakfast was a bit sparse. Room was very small with very little storage space.
I love the location
Very friendly welcome Easy access when returning late at night/early morning Very safe environment /area TV in room warm
Breakfast very poor; You can hear everything anyone does or says on the next room.
Breakfast was good. Great location - 5-10 min walk to Eyre Square. Mostly quiet - except for a group of people drinking and partying on the B&B premises until midnight.
Cramped room. A double and a twin bed were packed into the room with little space to move. Cramped bathroom. You could use the toilet and the basin at the same time.
Location. Easy to find. Nice bright room.
Oh dear. Needs an overhaul. The Beds. Ancient, Lumpy and covered with a hard plastic sheet topped by a thin worn polyester sheet. Radiator 1 cm from head came on at dawn. Loud Sky TV on during breakfast in Galway! Breakfast zero all round- hard bread , unhealthy cereals, dirty teapot, general unclean feel , brown decor doesn't help. No soap or shampoo. Rather abrupt busy staff.
Not a lot as the dislikes outweighed any likes.
I did not like how a member of the cleaning staff burst into our room at 10.50am without knocking to announce that checking out was 11 o'clock. This was seriously rude and ignorant on her behalf and an infringement on our privacy. There was also a very minimal supply of toiletries available. The overall feeling was get our money and get rid of us as quickly as possible.
Location Staff Service Generally clean Internet speed
Staff nice and helpful, bedroom ok
Beds too hard, breakfast a bit mean (not generous)
Very central to city, friendly staff, nice hot breakfast
Can't think of anything
Pleasant and helpful staff
All noise from outside cars and people walking pass late at night singing. . Hearing what's happening in next room
showers need a good clean bathroon ceiling all condensation, cracked tiles and dirty grouting, bed linen old and pillows v flat, asked for butter at breakfast and none available, was given a poor spread as substitute
The location was good and staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine, not extensive but fine for me.
Very noisy at night with walls being very thin, sounds travelled and sleep was difficult. Tried to have a shower on three separate occasions and water was absolutely freezing
Easy walk to the city
Breakfast could go a bit later in the morning until 11
Good location near the heart of the town. Close to main route away from the town. Quiet location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Nothing to dislike.
Close enough to town. Breakfast included in price. Wifi was decent
Bathroom was unbelievably small. No glasses in room. Booked twin bedroom but had to both stay in one bed as single bed had plastic or something on it.
walking distance from city
noise from the burner/boiler in the shed attached to the converted garage room
5 mins walk from city centre. staff were friendly. breakfast was good.
only thing i didnt like was the en-suite was on the small side. At 6"2 i need a bit of room in a bathroom. wouldnt stopp me staying again but would ask for a room with bigger bathroom.
Location, staff, atmosphere
Seemed to get less for breakfast every day!
