Special thanks to Kasia, she is friendly, service minded and extremely helpful. She really went the extra mile for the customer. If I would own a hotel, I would hire her right away. Noisy during the weekend, people coming back to the rooms during the nigh, chatting, shouting in the hallway.

Price was good, access to Dublin city centre, convenient shopping (shopping centre), friendly staff, easy parking, food good. After parking car, not enough signs to direct people to Hotel Reception ie outside lifts or in lifts. Due to the the number of nightime functions etc, found the hotel noisy. Also would have liked a quite residence lounge where people could sit and talk. The bedroom was cold. Would recommend your hotel for weekday break, shopping breaks.

The room was cosy and the beds were comfortable. The receptionist was a pleasure to deal with and was very helpful. We stayed on a Wednesday night and the Hotel was very quiet. The Leaf Chinese Restaurant was fantastic. 4Course meal for €16.99

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.bed and pillows were very comfortable, dvd player and safe in the room.within walking distance(5 minutes) from the square shopping centre and near the luas line for anyone wanting to go to the city.free parking in a multistory car park across from the hotel Decor felt a little dated in the room at first but we ended up liking it in the end as it gave a different feel to your typical hotel room.some of the tv channels reception was a bit blurry.

The staff were very informative and helpful. The rooms were dated with tiles missing in the bathroom and grout was filthy. Bed was broken and chair in front of the mirror was also wobbly.

Staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Music from the bar/night club very loud. Asked to be moved after first night stay because there was no chance of sleeping in a room anyway close to the bar.

We found the hotel to be quiet without the hustle and bustle of a larger hotel. We were most unhappy with the central heating in the bedroom. The radiator was dangerously hot. It was impossible to sleep because the room was so warm. We contacted the reception twice about the problem, even at midnight. The radiator could not be turned off.

The girl at reception was pleasant and helpful Noise was horrendous - there wa a nightclub and 2 function rooms attached to the hotel so I got no sleep for two nights. Lift wasn't working for most of the stay. Hotel looked great from outside but shabby inside, the furniture in the room had names scratched in it.

Very central for our purpose. Great shower. We had one of the very best Indian meals we have ever had in the restaurant right next door! Great value too. Although we asked for no smoking there was an ashtray in the room and a generally smokey atmosphere on the landing.

I really enjoyed my time just for me away from city.. I requested a quet room, with double bed, and bath...with some wine glasses.. And I got everything what I asked. It is lovely. Its perfect place for, to come and get some rest... The staff at reception were very friendly, especially women named Kasia. Its highly recommended hotel, where I will back. Well, apart everything what I like, there is one thing which I would preffer be changed. Its room service with food. I was really tired to go downstairs to the restaurant, to get a dinner... I wanted to order, and get to the room, but unfortunatly they dont do this here... Well, its not the of world, but it would be nice to get this service.
