the staff were friendly, and helpful easy access to the shops. Smelt cigarette smoke, and people shouting in the rooms, i understood it was it was smoke-free . that is the only complaint I have. The car park closed to early, so we not go too far.

It's location, as we were going to a funeral in that area. It was filthy and the lift was not working. The hotel actually transferred us to a nearby hotel, which was basic but clean.

Well I was actually disgusted with the service. On arrival someone else with the same name as me booked in and signed in on my card and then I was made feel like I had done something wrong. Then next morn again a big fuse when I tried to check out. The girl was lovely about it in the end and said I would be well looked after if I ever return to the hotel. I cant imagine I will though, it was just too embarrassing. Lack of professionalism

Lots of shops, restaurants nearby. Luas a walk away so handy for the city centre (Dublin). Paid budget price so got what I paid for. Indian restaurant next door to hotel not as good as it used to be some years ago, lost its friendliness also, prices quire expensive. Many other options around, will try next time. Very bad ventilation in the room, stuffy, opening windows didn't help much. Irish stations on the tv brutal. Foreign ones worked ok. Bathroom needs a revamp. Room 222. Indian restaurant next door to hotel not as good as it used to be some years ago, lost its friendliness also, prices quite expensive. Many other options around, will try them next time.

Staff were fantastic. Lovely view of mountains from bedroom. Great location for IT & Education Centre. The hallway into the carpark lifts werent working on two floors. Bit scary. Was very happy to see fridge in room but it turned off when key card removed. Not much good for someone gone out for the day.

Was overall ok. The area is not very exciting, but close to the shopping center and luas and the good thing is that the hotel itself has a nice bar / lounge with some live music. The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee / tea as well iron in the room, which is good especially when you stay longer.

The room itself was fine, clean and of reasonable size. The tv did not work properly, many channels out of order. My biggest complaint was the breakfast, both in term of the service, lack of choice, quality and extremely poor service! I paid €20 for two people (full English apparently) and we were not asked what we wanted, instead we were rudely handed a plate of poor quality bacon, sausage and what tasted like powdered or liquid eggs. This was of coure served to my vegetarian friend, who wasn't offered an alternative, apparently mushrooms, tomatoes were not on the menu. I felt so robbed for paying so much for it, I stay in hotels regularly and have nit come across such a poor breakfast! On a side note: the phone call to check out at 2 mins past the time was rude and unnecessary as we were out the door at that time. We had breakfast in Bewleys at Newlands cross afterwards. We will never stay in the hotel again!

location/value for money/transport to the city/adjacent shopping /very helpful staff unfortunately we stayed Frid.& Sat nights ,both nights had discos. The music didnt cause any problems but at turning out time 0300 it was bedlam. Roaring shouting screaming and police sirens. The room we were in 210 had air conditioning trunking on wall outside so there was constant motor noise so for that reason I would mark down the comfort score otherwise it was excellent.

Price was good, access to Dublin city centre, convenient shopping (shopping centre), friendly staff, easy parking, food good. After parking car, not enough signs to direct people to Hotel Reception ie outside lifts or in lifts. Due to the the number of nightime functions etc, found the hotel noisy. Also would have liked a quite residence lounge where people could sit and talk. The bedroom was cold. Would recommend your hotel for weekday break, shopping breaks.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.bed and pillows were very comfortable, dvd player and safe in the room.within walking distance(5 minutes) from the square shopping centre and near the luas line for anyone wanting to go to the city.free parking in a multistory car park across from the hotel Decor felt a little dated in the room at first but we ended up liking it in the end as it gave a different feel to your typical hotel room.some of the tv channels reception was a bit blurry.
