Couldn't watch football match
Staff very friendly. Food very good.
The relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool spa area was excellent.
The food was heavily salted and this spoiled both evening meals we had in the hotel.
The leisure centre has a great communal jacuzzi with the water temp really nice.
Nenagh is not one of Ireland's most interesting towns.
Courteous staff very helpful room very clean and comfortable needed extra pillows from reception I use this hotel on a regular basis and have always enjoyed my stay
The dinner was not to my liking bland roast potatoes pork chops were not tasty and were smothered in a sickly sauce my partner found the poached eggs cold they were fine for me
Everything was just right, The staff made me feel very welcome, the Room and the view was amazing, the Evening meal, th Duck was just cooked right, the breakfast was cooked to perfection. Well done to all.
I really liked this hotel and would like to go back, wld recommend!! Our visit was very brief and we were at a function in another facility so didn't really get full benefit out of room/hotel amenities!!
Spacious tidy room. Free use of gym & spa area. Friendly & helpful staff.
Foyer used as reception for weddings, seriously unwelcoming, very noisy and busy for other guests....but its likely the main business!
Old world feel - comfortable and spacious rooms
Location, staff excellent. Food was good
Wifi wasn't working for duration of stay.
good value, good breakfast.
not much atmosphere, hotel could do with a spruce up to bring it more up to date.
Room Spa Food
Electrics in the Room
The leisure centre and breakfast was worth the stay along with the very professional, friendly, cooperative staff.
Lovely surroundings; spacious rooms; quiet atmosphere.
John in the bar was fanatic for our entire stay. Always Smiling and joking and was a pleasure to be dealing with for the duration of our stay. Leisure centre was lovely esp the spa pool area. Bar food was very nice. Room was large and plenty of storage.
Rooms weren't very well soundproofed. could hear the doors in the corridors banging all night and Canadian group singing outside our room at 2:30am on Thursday night/Friday morning was a pain.
Just wanted to advise the hotel that I stayed in room 108 on Saturday night . The floor joining from the bathroom floor to the bedroom floor had a timber carpet gripper exposed with steel tacks exposed , I failed to mention this on check out as the receptionist was busy , however , for future guests or even children in that room , I urgently advise you to have this looked at. ,
See note over head
Lovely staff, very helpful Good breakfast Free wifi
No fridge in the rooms.
Most of the staff are very helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The housekeeping staff are very efficient and unobtrusive. The pool is very inviting and liked the spa pool facility
The cooked breakfast is not that appetising. No entertainment/music No atmosphere in the bar due to no entertainment or music - would be nice at at week ends. Rooms a bit shabby - need refurbishment. Tried to access leisure centre from my room at 9.10 and the door was locked. Had to go down to reception to be told they would be open in a minute - an apology would have been a more appropriate response
Location Cosy feel to hotel Staff very welcoming very clean Plenty of parking Loved the medieval feel to the hotel
Bathrooms tiles could do with updating. Hot breakfast on the skimpy side, small plates to make it look big. Only 1 rasher 1 sausage they could have had 2 of these 2 pieces of pudding some mushrooms, beans which were lovely some fried baby potatoes which were heavy for breakfast hash browns would have been much better. Continental breakfast was lovely..
Staff friendly,very clean rooms.good value
Poor wifi in rooms
Very relaxing place after a busy day visiting the surroundings. Very good quality/price. Would recommend to anybody.
The staff were very helpful. Ideal location to stop off between Dublin and Cork
Room was a little dated.
Friendly helpful staff. Swimming Pool
