Lovely staff, very helpful Good breakfast Free wifi
No fridge in the rooms.
Most of the staff are very helpful. The rooms are large and comfortable. The housekeeping staff are very efficient and unobtrusive. The pool is very inviting and liked the spa pool facility
The cooked breakfast is not that appetising. No entertainment/music No atmosphere in the bar due to no entertainment or music - would be nice at at week ends. Rooms a bit shabby - need refurbishment. Tried to access leisure centre from my room at 9.10 and the door was locked. Had to go down to reception to be told they would be open in a minute - an apology would have been a more appropriate response
Staff friendly,very clean rooms.good value
Poor wifi in rooms
Very relaxing place after a busy day visiting the surroundings. Very good quality/price. Would recommend to anybody.
The staff were very helpful. Ideal location to stop off between Dublin and Cork
Room was a little dated.
Friendly helpful staff. Swimming Pool
Spacious hotel. Nice interior theme. Lovely bar staff and food. Pool was fabulous. Lovely car park!
Games room was unclean. Could have more pillows on the bed.
Staff were excellent, Pool and leisure facilities were top notch. Room was clean, perhaps slightly dated, Overall extremely happy and would recommend it!
Friendly & Courteous Staff, Spacious Room & very clean Hotel
The room was great and the Spa and pool brilliant. Food was excellent
No net curtain up to the window which meant you had to draw the curtains to change.
The staff were very helpful and polite. There was a a lot of choice for breakfast and was good value for money. The bedrooms are airy with exceptionally clean bed linen housekeeping staff were unobtrusive
Rooms a little shabby. In need of refurbishment Spa was out of action during my stay
Service, staff, food.
A wedding in the hotel was a bit noisy.
Staff in restaurant were very helpful when I arrived with my 5 month old baby.
Travel cot for baby was very hard so he found it hard to sleep in.
The room was huge and lovely The outside of the hotel is also beautiful Shared a bottle of wine in the bar at a very reasonable price overall a good experience with really comfortable beds and good nights sleep
There was nothing that I did not like
I booked a double room and was more than happy with the size of the room and bathroom
The rooms are a little dated and in need of some updating

Really liked these lodges, suited us perfectly for a stop over, with three young children. Good value compared to two hotel rooms. Very spacious, clean and well equipped.
Wifi didn't work in lodges.
the leisure facilities the dining experience the staff in the bar area the cleanliness of lodge facilities of lodge
nothing, it was a great holiday
Spacious rooms Cleanliness Close to hotel Decor
No internet Need washing up liquid or dish washer tablets
Nice hotel, really comfy bed and good cleanliness
Staff that looked miserable all the time, smile costs nothing! One waitress in particular Jean was very unfriendly and snotty to be honest ruined my whole stay. Also booked a particular table for dinner at reception and never got the table I booked
Sadly, the pool has become too busy, apparently because another local pool has closed.Food standard has dropped somewhat
Very Good hotel. Strolling distance to town centre. No complaints
The location was perfect. Very short walk to the town centre.
The decor is a little dated. Could do with mordernising.
As we have family in the area the location was ideal. We had 5 different families staying at the hotel and we all had a great experience all around and the cost was phenomenally affordable. We went to the The Derg for some fantastic traditional music one night and to Limerick for a river cruise and lunch another day. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and there were several weddings while we were there, one to which we ended up being invited to even though we didn't know the couple :) Highly recommend the Abbey Court!
lack of staff in restaurant, messy, because three girls couldnt do evedrything possible, food 3 out of five
