Nice place to stay, reasonable and well located in Killarney. Nice clean tidy rooms with sound system so good value for money. The breakfast ran until 9.30am. As we were at a wedding the night before and the fact also that it was a Saturday, I felt they could have extended the breakfast time and check out times. The breakfast was fair and I did expect a wee bit more given the range of breakfasts they supplied, it wasnt freshly cooked to my disappointment. |

The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was large and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent. Parking is available on site. The hotel is located on a busy street along with many other hotels. You must look carefully for it. |

We got a nice polite welcome with no fuss and we felt very much at home there, a nice atmosphere. I loved the proximity to the centre of Killarney and the car parking facility at the house. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. |

The hotel was close to town and within easy walking distance of the Killarney National Park entrance and the town of Killarney. The grounds were quiet with no traffic noise. The hosts served a great breakfast. |

very well situated near the city centre of Killarney; you don't need your car to visit the town; also very near Muckross House and Gardens; we liked the staff and enjoyed our breakfast! We have two older children: a son and daughter; it's very unpractical to find the the room contains two double beds... It would have been more practical if we had had two twin beds instead.... |

The location, great walking distance to town, National park. The room was clean and comfortable, however the bathroom setup was hard for a tall large man. Breakfast was good. Our initial introduction to staff and the house, female hostess not very welcoming. Male staff was more friendly our second day. The sense of hospitality was clearly not the same as other B and B's we stayed in during our trip. |

The breakfast was excellent and the attitude and friendliness of staff was first class. The layout and common areas were user friendly and comfortable. Nice artworks around the hotel. One room had Skylight in room and would benefit from a blind! Tea & coffee facilities in the rooms would be a great benefit although it was availble in the common living rooms. |

Excellent staff and very welcoming. Rooms are a good size for 3 adults. Breakfast was excellent! Getting in and out of the bath was a little difficlut due to the layout and it was difficult to turn the shower on before actually getting into the shower! |

Location was good. The breakfast was made with what looked like the cheapest ingredients available. Staff had lost their Irish hospitality somehwere as well. Overall, quality was poor, and the lodge is not 4 star in our opinion (more like 2.5 or 3 star max). There are plenty of better places in Killarney - try one of those instead. |
