Everything was perfect. The ambience, heating, location, comfort was really perfect. The staff was good.
Should have included more options in the breakfast.
everthing, staff great , rooms very good, and comfortable, great location, everything at hand.
Excellent breakfast served by very friendly staff
myself and my husband and our grandaughter stayed in a three bedroom it was very comfortable and a good size room. the hotel is within walking distance of the main town. we are regular visitors to tralee as we have family there and we would be happy to use the hotel regular especially when its on special offer
the only downfall was there could have have been more staff on in the beakfast room and a bit of entertainment in the lounge
The night-time staff was wonderful: very accommodating and warm. Very clean, good heating.
The daytime staff, not so much.
we like the location the staff were very helpfull could upgrade the tv in room 217
The location, the bed and the breakfast
Very disappointing for a special weekend accomodation, very basic, shabby and low key accommodation. Understaffing at breakfast didn't help.
Music in the bar
Heating in room poor
Very central. Breakfast very good. Liked the intimate foyer area
Rooms were not great - old and worn looking. Bed very average
great breakfast. Room was nice and cosy and warm.
Room was cold. Dark paint falling off ceiling. Tv did not work no wifi.
Hotel is basic & comfortable, no frills but excellent value.
Soap dispenser in shower rather than miniature gels
Staff really nice and helpful on arrival. Location is in the middle of all amenities. Will definitely stay here again. Awesome value for money.
Staff were very nice and welcoming. Room was warm and beds clean. Food was lovely and servings very big. Prices were very reasonable.
No wifi access throughout hotel although access in lobby. Hotel needs a bit of updating.
Comfortable bed, good location and simple but well cooked breakfast
Reception asked for wrong amount of money and didn't apologise when they found out they were wrong!
lovely friendly staff, freshly cooked breakfast, nice athmosphere, very good location. will be back.
all was well.
Great location.great staff.
Location It was cheap
The lobby area and the bar were fine, the looked clean and welcoming. The horror didn't strike until we got into our room. The carpet was older than myself and hadn't seen a hoover in a while. There was candle wax everywhere, even on the bed. The bed covers were wrinkled and had mould stains on them - though I am telling myself they were clean, I couldn't be too sure. The bathroom was as bad. The water took ages to run warm. And at that, it wasn't as warm as either of us usually take our showers. There was also "skid marks" on the toilet. The TV barely worked, it was fuzzy and only had a few basic channels. The remote was disgusting, it had visible dirt on it. I really would not recommend this hotel. At the price we paid (€38), we expected it to be basic. I have no problem with basic, however, I have a huge problem with dirt. It isn't hard to change the bed clothes, clean the toilet and give the place a quick hoover and polish. But they failed to meet even the most basic of standards. This hotel would really need to pull up it's socks. Utter laziness.
I was in tralee for work great value for money. Had dinner best fish and chips I ever had. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly.
Rooms a little dated and no wi fi which I needed for work.
Center of town
Mattress was terrible. Worn out and could feel springs?
