Stilvolle, gemütliche und geräumige Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick ins Grüne. Leckeres und reichliches Essen, Service mit sehr persönlicher Note. Der Inhaber hat zeitweise unsere Wandergruppe (Connemara Safari) begleitet und uns unterwegs Köstliches serviert :-) Frühstück leider erst ab 8.10 Uhr, ab 8.00 Uhr auch erst die Rezeption besetzt, das wurde sehr knapp bei uns. |

Wunderbare Lage mit Blick auf Meer und CLifden, aufmerksamer Service, trotz ausgebuchten Hotels war keine Hektik zu verspüren. Ein bischen abgewohnt, der Barbereich, wo der Afternoon Tea (compimentary, also im Hotelpreis inbegriffen) serviert wurde, war ein bischen lieblos, wie auch der Salon, arrangiert. |

Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Burghotel liegt wunderschön,mit traumhaften Blick,wenn man Zimmer nach vorn nimmt. Die Zimmer,die wir bewohnten waren nach hinten(ohne Blick)und von älterer Ausstattung |

Die Einrichtung der größeren Zimmer (Suite). Servicekräfte teilweise mit verschmutzter Kleidung und schlechter Ausbildung. Unsauberes Geschirr, unsauberes Restaurant und Lounge, teilweise beschädigte Möbel in Aufenthaltsräumen, Pflegezustand von öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten schlecht. |

Nähe zur Stadt, ruhig gelegen Personal z. Teil unfreundlich u. herablassend. Zimmer nicht sauber (Spinnweben über dem Bett, eingetrocknete Insekten im Baldachin des Bettes, Polstermöbel staubig, furchtbarer Mief im Zimmer, Badezimmer alt, abgewohnt) |

schon beim Einparken wurden unsere Koffer abgeholt, sehr herzlich,wurden gleich auf ein Getränk eingeladen,sehr gemütlich,überall gibts offene Kamine,wir hatten sogar einen eigenen im Zimmer,dieses war sehr gross und sehr schön.leider war unser Aufenthalt zu kurz,Abendessen im Hotel super und grosses Frühstücksbuffet |

We loved the atmosphere in the hotel, the staff were all very gracious and the craic was good, the food in restaurant was delicous , The piano bar was excellent and made all of the guests very relaxed and it was very easy for all to mingle. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definately be back |

I have to say I enjoyed my lovely room with 4-poster bed and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overdone bacon and our room unfortunately had no view whatsoever. Having said that our night was very good value for money |

Everything. It was just awful. It is so dirty, their idea of relaxed. The carpets smell and the place is run down. There is a parrott at reception and he poos on the round. The staff are rude. t is not a real castle, there are plenty of real castles in Ireland there is no need to stay at a pretend one. No one in Irelan says op of he Morning to you except at this hotel. It is all fasle. |

Beautiful castle. Good shower. Room had not been cleaned since last user. Also, stains on what was presented as clean towels and bathrobes. Water from sink and bathtub was brown. Staff prematurely checked us out, and trashed part of our personal belongings, forgetting we had actually booked two nights. Extremely embarrassing situation. |

Very friendly welcome form a Yorkshireman of all people. It looks really disappointing from thje outside but the inside is absolutely magical and tea and cakes at 4pm was a lovely touch. |

Everybody (all the staff) was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had a beautiful view looking down a hillside with a pretty fountain and lovely flowers and bushes surrounding the property. Everything was very nice. There was nothing I did not like. |
