Score from 375 reviews Good
Great location, just few minutes from the Temple bar area, but much more quite. Good value for money, stuff is helpful.
A bathroom is quite small, but ok. The breakfast is really basic (toasts, eggs, cereals). But overall the hostel is good.
Location in dublin was great
Speed of check in. Located in a fantastic location and close to everything.
Snooty little recepionist who gave the aura that she really didnt want to be there, seemed to take it for granted that everyone knew what to do, also she never once looked up from the computer moniter whilst talking to clients, the rest of the staff were great. This young lady ( with black glasses ) should really decide if she wants to be in the hospitality business as currently she is no asset to Abigails at all. Breakfast is as basic as it gets.
The room was spacious though small but the six of us had fit well. The breakfast procedure was very good, with a variety of items to choose from and enough space on tables or sofas.
The bathroom was a bit small
Staff, breakfast, cooking facilities.
Toilets would improve a lot if air circulation equipment was installed.
A good location, good staff and good facilities in general. Additionally, security and control better than expected.
Maintenance of the toilets. Could improve a little bit.
Good location, good breakfast
Bathroom and floor were dirty. Loud but not unexpected since it is in the city.
- very nice & helpful staff - soap provided in bathrooms - amazing breakfast
-anyone can go to reception and claim a key for a room without showing their security pass
- Very good location (near to AirCoach, GoBus and Citylink Bustops) and in the heart of Temple Bar - Excellent WiFi signal
Abigail's is cute, it's a basic breakfast provided, cozy lounge, wifi connection is good, staff is good.
no fans provided in dorm rooms, as it gets so stuffy and smelly. The beds are slightly hard, and you have to make your own bed which is not a big deal, but it's best when the linens are on the bed, when your hands are full of luggage, the last thing you want to also hold is a handful of bed linens.
Absolutely awesome hostel. Great location, great staff, comfortable bed, relatively large room, nice bathroom, clean!
It's central location and the friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I believe I got bitten by bed bugs as I had terrible bites on my back after the stay.
Good location, 24/7 access, daily cleaning, big common room, an overall good offer for a short stay in Dublin.
Sometimes noisy, Wi-Fi is weak up in the rooms, beds and showers could have been a little bit better preserved
Spectacular place for a night or two if travelling with friends or solo. Wifi and lounge facility was great plus the breakfast in that price was unexpected.
Great price, great location, nice breakfast (yoghurt, cereals, toast etc) Kitchen facilities, clean. Friendly staff.
Very stuffy in the room, makes it difficult to sleep.. no real atmosphere in the common room
The hostel was a great place and I met a lot of cool people. You get what you pay for so for 100 euro I can't complain. I got a place to sleep in the central part of the city with lots of things to do. Overall it was a great experience for someone with little travel knowledge.
The beds were really hard, and the streets were loud outside our window.
The location was amazing! Easy walking to everything we wanted to see. The wifi worked great, and it was easy to find. the plug ins at each bed were awesome as well!
The bathroom didn't have much if any hot water and it did have some mildew.
Perfect location and price!
No wifi in dorms
I liked everything...from being able to shower to it being so central! Beds were comfy and people were very polite
It's in the Temple Bar area so it was a little loud but you expect that :)
Location and bed were just perfect. The sockets and usb plugs in the bunk beds were brilliant
Bathroom could have been cleaner than it was They could have more variety in juices in the breakfast but overall was an excellent choice
Could not fault this hostel, excellent value for money, great location, friendly staff, decent size rooms too..
Could offer a bit more breakfast choice but thats only because im fussy...
I really loved the location and the river view from the room!! Staffs were very kimd and overall hostel was clean. Most of all WIFI was available everywhere!!!!
