Free breakfast Location Basic hostel but good value for money
A little dirty No laundry facilities
Low quality of facilities.
This hostel is very good.
In general the hostel is good considering the low rates they provide. Excellent location very close to the city center.
Wi-fi problems in certain hours and it is only located close to the ground floor. Each bed should have a free locker close to it. Breakfast could include more healthy options such as (natural / non canned) fruits.
It's very well located, cheap, and breakfast is included which is a big bonus! The staff is nice and helpful too.
The location couldnt be better, quite comfortable...
The breakfast included was really basic and not good.
Staff were helpful. Location close to transport.
Overpriced for basic accommodation. Could have stayed in a hotel for a few extra $. Common area was strewn with food and beer bottles the next morning. Basic breakfast. Toasters didn't work.
location - very central
The apartment was great, with a good kitchen and big rooms. Good to spend several days with a group of friend or family.
The window was broken so I had to sleep the entire night with the window opened, that was not confortable at all due to the wind and noise. Moreover, it was a groundfloor so it seemed not very safe... The staff was not able to solve the problem but returned our money.
Room no Wifi
Location is very central and only 5 minute walk from the centre. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
The building itself is in need of work. The kitchen area has a terrible smell, the toilet required specific handling to be able to flush and the sink was hanging on for dear life.
Almost no place to put things in the dormitory. And it was hard to turn around in the toilet.
The rooms are fine and the breakfast is free. It's not that clean, but it is good if you want a cheap place to stay.
Wifi was no good.
Good price. Really nice staff
Friendly and very helpful staff who went out of their way. Great free breakfast and cheap yummy burger for dinner provided by the hostel, plus free tour when I booked into their Giant's Causeway hostel, brilliant value! Some hostels create an ambiance where guests naturally chat with each other and aren't just buried in their devices all the time. I found this to be one of them :-)
There wasn't really anything I didn't like.
It was very cheap and located in the city centre.
The pillows were mouldy, the room smelled weird, so did the breakfast room. It was very loud in the whole hostel, you always heard people running around the whole night. The room was very small and the floor was just disgusting.
Nice beds Good location Friendly staff
Somehow someone was given a bed where someone else was already sleeping. This resulted in some commotion around midnight.
The maze of corridors
my first time too stay here ,and as a solo traveller i found this hostel very welcoming, great breakfast..will deffo stay again
location, friendly and helpful staff
sleeping in the top bunk, I had asked for a lower one. I wasn´t fit enough to get up and down with comfort... I am well over 60.
Great location, as its 10 minutes or less walk to o'Connell street. Breakfast is given which is cereal, eggs and toast. Tea and coffee is available out of charge all day - I thought this was excellent for a hostel. I stayed in all girls dorm, the girls were friendly. The rooms have ensuite and hot showers - also good for a hostel. Plenty of supermarkets around the hostel to get snacks and cheap dinner options.
Though the hostel is clean there is dampness smell especially in the rooms. The beds were comfortable but the rooms/hallway very noisy all day so hard to get a decent sleep. Take ear plugs.
The location was perfect
Shower was sometimes cold
2 guys from reception helped me a lot!
Then I checked in this hostel there was broken flash in toilet inside the room. So it made loud sound. When I asked girls from reception to do something with it they didn't do anything... Only late evening guy from reception moved me to another room for 2 nights and I am really thankful for it! But girls from reception dont care about anything! So its better to contact with guys))
clean bedding & excellent mattresses - friendly staff - secure entry - free wi-fi
tiny en-suite - v old and grimey - doors banging all night (we were on ground floor - internal doors all slam closed)
Big kitchen, good breakfast, good location.
Wifi is overloaded. It is too many people use it. You should make up your bed yourself.
