the cleanliness and slow prep for breakfast
excellent wifi, beds were comfortable, the ensuite, free breakfast, the airport shuttle bus is right out the front of the hostel and only costs 6 euros.
the thousands of doors and maze to find room 56 - but seriously, a great hostel.
The staff was so helpful and friendly. The people in the hostels were all great though communication was difficult with many.
Instant coffee. Nuff said.
Nice staff, room was cozy, clean and war Nice and quiet to Extremely cheap Would stay again
Not enough plug sockets!
The hostel is located right next to the city center and a good breakfast (including cereals, yogurt, canned peaches, bread, butter, jam, juice, coffee, tea, cocoa and boiled eggs) was included to the price.
The cleanliness of toilets could have been taken care of better.
Staff are very friendly. Good location.
Wifi always doesn't work in the room.
People in reception are always available and there're so many places to stay in.
Wifi connection is sometimes off. That's the only thing they can change.
Almost everything was amazing. Hostel was quiet at night, room was a good size, staff were wonderful and helpful.
Bed was very small and the first night our room was so warm we couldn't sleep at all.
Location Luggage Storage
Wifi not stable Smells in hostel Changing sheets by myself Breakfast not good
Slamming doors, hard to park, not as clean as it could be
friendly service and great location
The shower had no hot water only slightly heated, the bathroom sink has 2 faucets totally independent of hot and cold water so if you want to wash you scald or frost (the first system of its kind that I have seen and seems is not an exception in Ireland... ?Why?), heaters work only 3 hours per night, very weak wifi in rooms
Location is great, and the staff is really helpful. The beds are equipped with a very fair ammount of charging outlets. Overall a really good hostel for a great price. :)
The bed sheets could be a little fleaner and so would be the shower. but they were not really bed, just take your own pillow case and flipflops for the shower and its fine.
anything is perfect.
- The location is excellent; - The staff was nice and gave all the info I needed; - The heating was good.
- There was water falling of the ceiling on our bedroom; - Despite the photos, the place is old and not very good looking (the bedrooms and common rooms) - Breakfast was weak, it had small quantity and variety of food; - The staff started picking up the food before the end time for breakfast; - The breakfast area was very dirty, even the tables, the floor and the trays; - Not suitable for a family, specially with small children.
Staff, location comfort cleanliness breakfast
no storage unless you paid for it and it wasn't cheap. No place to hang clothes in the room
The ambiance and the service.
The staff, very kind and helpful. the beds werd very comfortable, wifi connection was great, location was superb!, luggage room was also very nice
The bathroom, the zink was holding water. The toilet was badly located, too small. Paying for towels, breakfast was very simple and not tasty. Communicating beforehand. I communicated with the staff for ons extra bed and the desk staff didnt know about it when we arrived. They did handled this well though by not letting us pay for the 5th person. Also I confirmed a late check out on booking.com this was also unkown with the staff
just next to the bus stop that goes to the airport breakfast
the heater was broken and the room was SO COLD that I got sick from cold overall facility is pretty old not quite central than I thought
i like the way they thret theire guest and the breakfest. and your lugage it safe
Wifi didn't reach my room
I am very impressed with the staff, their helpfulness and unwavering friendliness. The larger bed-rooms were very nice and spacious. Everything is pretty much just as it looks on the internet - a definite surprise for me :)
The 6-bed female dorm is very tiny and I felt a little claustrophobic.
Enjoyed having an ensuite and beds with individual lights and charging points. The customer service was awesome and the kitchen facilities were more than adequate with good breakfast included.
Being tall the beds were a little small with metal bars on the bunk beds restricting you from stretching out but nothing major!
Breakfast was great!
The kitchen could really use another sink. One is not enough. There was often a line to it. Also it would be great with a working can opener, a pair of scissors and a few trivets.
almost everything was convenient..and clean.
I like card key...because when I go out, I don't need to keep my key to reception every time. so before when I stay in this hostel, I thought card key system is really good. but this second time in this hostel, card key was not working many times...so I had to ask to staff many time....maybe 9 times more..maybe this hostel should check card key system. except that everything was good.
