Friendly and accommodating Lack of decent menu from room service was a big disadvantage; especially as the kitchen closed at 9.30pm. |

Rooms are of a good size. Rooms should have an iron and ironing board.. having to phone down for an iron, wait 30 mins for it, and then leave it outside is no longer acceptable. Put me right of the hotel, also door to bathroom was broken and would not close. Also, breakfast is really really poor. |

The parking arrangements were excellent and secure- instructions on how to get to you were not clear. my only comment relates to the almost complete absence of local staff from Ireland! |

This is a very modern hotel, beautifully decorated hotel in a great location. Food, service and price was excellent. There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. |

Gorgeous room and freindly staff The residents bar was closed early and if you wanted a drink, you had to order it from the night porter. |

Hotel is well-designed, very comfortable and a little treasure in the city. Both reception and bar staff were poor in their inter-action with this guest. |

The bed was quite comfortable, handy vending machine by lift for any forgotten items like toothbrush etc. The toilets by the bar/restaurant were filthy, carpet in room was covered in stains. Frosted glass door in bathroom that didn't close fully, right by bed which does not bode well for privacy. Shower head very low for 2 tall people. Shower drain blocked. |

Location. Got a free upgrade to a suite. Free parking. When I realised that the coffee at breakfast was rubbish (as usual in hotels) the waiter gave me a free double espresso. Didn't like the fact that when we went down to breakfast, the lady at the counter said to sit wherever we wanted and there were no clean tables in the whole restaurant even though several were empty. You don't want to sit looking at someone elses breakfast leftovers first thing in the morning. |

Rooms were genuinely designer. Great decor - especially bathroom doors etc. Tasty breakfast as well. Comfortable beds. Hotel has a general feeling of quality about it Thought I'd booked a twin room through this site and had to accept a double. |

Extremely comfortable with a wonderful sense of space. Very friendly staff and very convenient location, city centre and very quiet atmosphere. Very pleasant overall Parking, while convenient and secure, is limited. Full Irish breakfast is excellent but the continental option is limited with no cold meats or cheeses on offer. This was a little disappointing |
