Enjoyed breakfast although it was steamed rather than fried. Lunch of fish and chips was excellent. Carpet in bedroom was filthy |

I loved all the artwork and photographs. Photographs were also in the bedrooms and I thought they were very tastefully put together. Staff were very friendly and food was great and very well priced, both in restaurant and bar. Early bird menu was especially good value. Also, we stayed in bar as the cocktails were super and the two for one price was especially good value. |

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was very clean and well-kept and location was great for shopping in the city. i felt breakfast should have been included in the room price |

It's location and proximity to where I wanted to be ie close to the city centre and St Mary's Cathedral. The food was good. The room very comfortable. The staff very helpful and customer friendly. The receptiomist worked alone at the time of our arrival and there were at least three parties queuing to check in. It was slow but the girl was very helpful & polite. It took us about 15 minutes to get checked in unfortunately we were in a hurry and short of time to attend a funeral. |

One was welcomed and all queries were dealt withThe security aspect of the lift system using the card is fantastic- first time I saw this ! Yes, I had only one nights stay and I had wished it was for a week !! So I think the hotel spoils you !! |

Location was superb for us. Nice modern design and interiors but not snobby. The opaque glass door to the bathroom was a bit off putting if two of you sharing a room. |

I thought it was a very nice place to stay, very modern and nicely designed. Clean and bright. We had lunch in the hotel restaurant on the day we were leaving and were very disappointed at the attitude of the staff and the quality of food. |

Excellent facilities and location in the city. Great bar and restaurant area. Lovely view as you exit the lift on the upper floors. The rooms are tasefully decorated and although the room did not have a bath, the shower was wonderful. Always a good sign! Next to the road, limited onsite secure parking |

Staff were terrific. We ordered room service., it was delivered timely and the food was delicious. Would def recommend eating at the restaurant. Some young residents had a party at 2.30am and the staff dealt with the noise issue immediately. |

good location, spacious and comfortable room, good price bad restaurant managment, didn't manage do get us a table although promised, so can't comment on the food. Also, when asking for a hand towel (which was not supplied when we arrived) we were given a bath mat and a bath towel. OK, no major disaster, but hints at staff problems |

The reception staff were amazing. I stay in lots hotels and these were the nicest/friendliest we've ever experienced. Made a great start to our stay. Even gave us a free upgrade with river view. So, we were very impressed. Will defo be staying again and mainly thanks to the reception staff. It's not a negative, but we didn't really like the bar of the hotel. Not really typical of a bar. More like a sitting eating place. Wouldn't feel right to just sit there drinking for a few hours. Even to eat, the table we sat us, was much lower than the seats, so wouldn't have been able to eat there. We went to the outside area to eat, which was lovely. Also bar/restaurant staff very overworked and not really attentive. But, as i said, this isn't a issue with us and wouldn't put us off hotel. |
