Best Western PREMIER Academy Plaza Hotel

Centralt placeret, gåafstand til mange oplevelser, smilende og rart personale både i restaurant og morgenmadslokalet. Morgenmaden er ikke noget "tilløbsstykke".

Bedre lys over spejlet i badeværelset - svært at lægge makeup med lyset i "nakken". Vi behøvede ikke at få skiftet 5 håndklæder hver dag, det var da dejligt - men ikke nødvendigt. De håndklæder der ønskes skiftet lægges på gulvet/i badekarret.

Godt, vi fik alt vi forventede

Vi fik desværre tildelt et værelse på 5 sal som viste sig at være til handicappede. Der var intet badekar, ligesom vasken på badeværelset var uhensigtsmæssig lav til os da vi begge er ret høje. Desuden var der en ventilation placeret lige ved vinduet lige over sengen og den blæste kold luft ned i sengen. Vi forsøgte at sætte et håndklæde for ventilationen, hvilket hjalp lidt.

Man burde nok lade morgenmaden være inclusiv prisen

good location, friendly staff, bed room was quite small, however very clean and everything that you would expect from a hotel of this standard

the location for the town was excellent - relaxed atmosphere- with excellent front desk staff who were very helpful in a crisis.

Left luggage room had a key card entry but was not in use - would have felt happier leaving luggage after checking out

I stayed at the Academy Plaza with my teenage daughter as a mother/daughter short break. I loved Dublin and enjoyed the whole trip. The hotel and stafff where great and in a fantastic location. The beds were amazingly comfortable, so much so that one morning we didnt wake up until 9.30. The room we stayed in (401) may not have had the best view but for a city centre hotel it was incredibly queit. Overall the Hotel and Staff were a credit to the Best Western Chain.

Hotel location with regard to the city on its doorstep- shops, restaurants, buses, taxis, airport coach. Although situated in the busy heart of the city the hotel is in a calm off street. The full Irish buffet breakfast appreciated by all!

Room a little small for 4 people considering storage of luggage (X4), no where to place 4 large wet bath towels when used. (Additional towel rail would be of help).

The bar staff were kind enough to put on the GB Packer game for us on a Sunday night!

Our room was a little on the small side, but the comfy bed made up for it!

The hotel was very central for getting around Dublin

the rooms were very clean.great location,the pub next door was very handy

our room was pretty compact and i thought the 80 euro to upgrade was very expensive .

The location of the hotel to the city centre is very good. Also the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are big.

The night time staff were a bit rude. I went for a walk from my room down to the bar to get a drink of water and the man at the desk ran over to me accusing me of not having a room when he realised he was wrong he didnt even apologise.
