Hotellets beliggehed var super, det lå tæt på O´Connell Street, så der var ikke langt til Restauranter, Caféer, pubber og busser. Restauranten (Oscar?) og receptionen var ikke særlig hyggeligt. Indretningen var kold og upersonlig. |

Fantastic location. Very helpful and courteous staff.ie Owen at the reception when we were checking in . the rooms were always clean when we return in the evening. the staff in abacus rstaurant were very good. I would definetely stay here again. none at all. Dublin is a most friendly city. |

City centre position of the hotel is excellent - although, because of this position, some of the rroms are noisy.. Most of the staff were excellent - with one exception! The standard room - altjhough clean and comfortable and quiet -was very small. It was very difficult to move rounf the bed. We received an upgrade to a superior room which was excellent - although noisy at night as a result of adjecent hostelries! |

The hotel was ideally located for us being within the city but quiet during late evening. We enjoyed the breakfast. We also decided to eat in the Bistro and enjoyed a super, well priced meal. The staff were informative and especially friendly. |

Very good customer service, good breakfast service. Nice and quiet even on a Saturday night Surpried that I could not find BBC 1 and 2 on the TV. Only Sky News . As I hardly watch TV, this not very important to me |

The Best Western premier Academy Plaza Hotel is a great place to stay when you are just over for a quick Dublin visit... Please note that the Hotel address used on the booking could confuse you; the street is new and not really visible when on o’ Connel-street – the street name is not mentioned on the buildings – even the couriers had no clue… |

For £60 per night for both myself and my partner this hotel per night this hotel was excellent value for money. Our room had flat screen TV, air conditioning and the bed/ pilllows were really good quality - not usual hotel rubbish you would expect for this price! The hotel was only a ten minute walk from Grafton Street and our room was really quiet. We were impressed. The only bad thing was that our room keys kept stopping working so we had to go down to Reception a lot (which could be a pain if you're on the top floor!). |

The location of the hotel couldn't be more central (off O'Connell St) Modern and clean - ticks all the boxes for making a pleasant weekend stay. My friends and I stayed 3 nights over the weekend Staff are welcoming and helpful. |

location excellent, modern furnishings, very good facilities in hotel, staff very pleasant rooms were very very small, first room we had there was a constant 'buzzing' sound from air conditioning but staff were happy to move us to another room, breakfast was on offer for 9.90 euros to people checking in who had not pre-booked, we felt aggrieved that it was not available to those booking online |

Lovely bed, bathroom very nice. Staff good, room cleaning staff effective + invisible! Good decor. Free wi fi brilliant. Room was quite dark as the bathroom door when open blocked the window. |

Great place to be based for my business trip, easy to find and good links to all major roads. Parking available at an extra cost near by. Within easy walking distance for all restaurants. I had to ask for a room change, the original room i was allocated was very small and the window was even smaller, made the room very dark and like a prison cell (room 532). I was moved to a much better room (402) bigger and brighter, but very noisy in the evenings from the bar and clubs at the back of the hotel, my room just happened to overlook them. Could have been a coinsidence after asking for a room change, or not, still the room was much better. |

The room and bathroom were spotless, well furnished and very comfortable, even though the room was a bit small. The breakfast service (full Irish in the restaurant) was great and the food was delicious. The only issue we had was that we pre-booked our breakfasts on-line at a reduced rate, 12 euros instead of 14 euros, but we were told on checking in that we could have breakfast for 9.90 euros. We tried to change our booking to allow us to have the cheaper rate breatfast but the staff said that it was out of their control as we had booked on-line. We did feel frustrated and cross that we had paid almost 10 euros more than we needed to. |

good location and comfy beds the hotel carpets were not very clean in the room, in one area they smelt very musty and also that someone had been sick recently and they had not been cleaned. |
