Centralt placeret, gåafstand til mange oplevelser, smilende og rart personale både i restaurant og morgenmadslokalet. Morgenmaden er ikke noget "tilløbsstykke". Bedre lys over spejlet i badeværelset - svært at lægge makeup med lyset i "nakken". Vi behøvede ikke at få skiftet 5 håndklæder hver dag, det var da dejligt - men ikke nødvendigt. De håndklæder der ønskes skiftet lægges på gulvet/i badekarret. |

En meget venlig og proffecionel atmosfære. Meget rent og dejlige værelser, selvom vores var et værelse mmed et forholdsvist lille vindue ind mod gården. Det var i dette tilfælde uden betydning. Morgenmad ikke incl. |

Vi fik desværre tildelt et værelse på 5 sal som viste sig at være til handicappede. Der var intet badekar, ligesom vasken på badeværelset var uhensigtsmæssig lav til os da vi begge er ret høje. Desuden var der en ventilation placeret lige ved vinduet lige over sengen og den blæste kold luft ned i sengen. Vi forsøgte at sætte et håndklæde for ventilationen, hvilket hjalp lidt. Man burde nok lade morgenmaden være inclusiv prisen |

Excellent location in city centre. Pleasant coofortable room with goof lighting & free wi-fi we were allocated a room with facilities for the disabled - don't know why. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery. |

we arrived at 8.00am and we went in to leave are bags in the luggage room.when we explained we had a reservation the lady on the desk let us check straight into are room.this was a great help because we had been travelling since early in the morning and we could freshen up. |

The location of the hotel to the city centre is very good. Also the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are big. The night time staff were a bit rude. I went for a walk from my room down to the bar to get a drink of water and the man at the desk ran over to me accusing me of not having a room when he realised he was wrong he didnt even apologise. |

beds vert comfy,and restuarant was excellent use of a shower after i booked out,ran the dublin marathon and needed a shower before i headed back on my travels,was told when i arrived i coulnt have one and it bothered me because ive stayed in cork,longford,belfast ,england to run races and i was allowed to use a shower after,i was deffiantly not staying again next year,but in the end they let me have one,so ill be back next year again,thanks for a great stay. |

Great value for Dublin. Friendly staff. Free access to a computer was very helpful. Lovely decor. Very noisy at night. Local bar carries on till 3 am. |

The location was good and the "standard" rooms were good value. Breakfast in the room was excellent. I booked the suite and the room was not up to the standard described on the website. The maid service was extremely poor, the bed very uncomfortable, the shower poor and the "panoramic views" turned out to be a wall ! Having said that, the hotel did compensate for these in the end and overall I had a fantastic weekend. |

accessability to all buses, recomend the open top tour bus and the visit to the Guiness factory. Very clean. Food was excellent. Very close to everything. The bed and room was very comfortable. Bathroom excellent. They advertised music on the Friday evening, but no music - 'not this Friday!!!!' |

Location was fantastic - especially for the airport bus and proximity to Temple Bar. Room was very clean and beds very comfortabel Felt a little characterless. Some of the staff could have been a little more welcoming |
