the room smelled like smoke
I liked the location of this hotel, and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to.
The bed was a just a little too soft for me but other than that...I was very pleased!
I like the way you are always made feel welcome and everyone tries to make your stay as easy as possible..
No food after 9.. can be difficult when travelling with elderly mother.
It was my partners birthday. The staff were excellent and gave us a complimentary breakfast. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms were kept clean. It was a very enjoyable stay and ideal location. Thank you.
great location, staff very helpful, clean comfortable hotel
Room not overly big, was next to a noisy extractor fan or something that went on 24 hrs, thought it a little expensive for a 3 star, but nonetheless will stay in this hotel again (hopefully different room)
pillows to hard
The location was excellent. The room comfortable.
Bar closed and no drinks available after night out. When I returned to my room to collect my suitcases, just before getting the bus to the airport, I couldnt open the door! A member of staff cleaning nearby knew why. The bathroom door had swung open and was wedging the room door shut. More staff were summoned and eventually, by poking coat hangers and sticks under the door, the situation was resolved. Reception staff said they had never heard of it happening before but it was clearly a regular occurrence. No recompense for inconvenience offered.
The location The breakfast
Understaffed reception. Door of the shower didn't close properly, leaking all over the bathroom's floor. Only one plug in the room. The kettle didn't work. We were disappointed in regards to the price we paid
Friendly staff, nice breakfast but room too small for the amount of guests. Room was ok
Doesn't feel like 4* hotel. No toiletries in the bathroom, just awful squeezable bottle of all in one-shampoo and shower gel, sign of a cheap hotel. No bar, although not bother about alcohol it meant no water in the room. We booked hotel not knowing Dublin at all, taxi driver told us on the way from the airport the location is not safe, druggies around, was away from the Main Street.
Toilet paper very poor quality
A minutes walk from o'connell street, and walking distance to others. Airbus stop outside the hotel straight from the airport. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Will defiantly stay here next time we visit dublin
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful
The food in the hotel was very poor
Couldn't fault the hotel or its staff
Location perfect for a city break. Room small but suitable for our needs.
Noisy restaurant due to somewhat voluble drinkers at bar. I was served with what I would describe as apple pie when the menu stated "tarte aux pommes."
Pub too noisey too late(3am).
A positive experience. I will choose this hotel again.
Convenience and location. A member of our family group was sitting an exam in the academy so being able to stay in the facility made the stay much less stressful. The exam room was nice and quiet
Air conditioning didn't work. Exam room chilly
Very good location. Very clean.
Odors in bathrooms from design of drains. Bathroom was very clean, but there was a stale/mold odor emanating from the tub drain that house staff couldn't seem to get rid of, even with bleach! Need to be addressed by plumbing contractor.
Everything from service to location and value for money
It was all good
Close to everywhere, O'Connell Street, Museums and brilliant shopping and not to mention some great bars and restaurants.
No Secure Smoking Area
Great location, staff very friendly and helpfull. Good atmosphere in the hotel bar. Would stay in hotel again.
Excellent location for both sightseeing and shopping Free wifi in bedrooms and public areas Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff Very good Korean restaurant just around the corner!
Range of fresh fruit for breakfast was very limited
Reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Construction around hotel. Attitude of lady at the breakfast counter breakfast is poor! Hotel looks tired.
Night staff is excellent Clean Top location Value for money
