The location of the hotel to the city centre is very good. Also the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are big. The night time staff were a bit rude. I went for a walk from my room down to the bar to get a drink of water and the man at the desk ran over to me accusing me of not having a room when he realised he was wrong he didnt even apologise. |

The location was good and the "standard" rooms were good value. Breakfast in the room was excellent. I booked the suite and the room was not up to the standard described on the website. The maid service was extremely poor, the bed very uncomfortable, the shower poor and the "panoramic views" turned out to be a wall ! Having said that, the hotel did compensate for these in the end and overall I had a fantastic weekend. |

Location was fantastic - especially for the airport bus and proximity to Temple Bar. Room was very clean and beds very comfortabel Felt a little characterless. Some of the staff could have been a little more welcoming |

It was best that although the hotel is situated in the very centre of the town, it was still very quite. It was very comfortable to reach the airport and well situated for doing some sightseeing in Dublin. The rooms are very small, but clean. The breakfast is a little bit "boring", it is really the same every day - a little bit more variety would have been nice. |

Clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds, and excellent location (near the city center, but not in the party district). No noise from the street or from other rooms. Although luxurious and comfortable, it is unpersonal. Staff is friendly but nothing more than necessary. It's a little expensive for what you get (especially in the weekend), but Dublin is an expensive city anyway. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. |

It was within walking distance of all sights in Dublin. It was very quiet. They had free use of the internet in the lobby. The rooms were very small but that is to be expected in the city for the price we paid. Perfectly adeqate. |

All the staff were helpful and I liked the fact that the front desk phoned me before allowing my partner who arrived just before midnight up to the room. |
