Wonderful location just off O'Connell Street. Did not have breakfast there as we wanted a good long ly-on, but plenty of choices nearby for a late breakfast. Hotel staff courtious and friendly. Hotel warm and comfortable with a nice quiet room on the fifth floor. No view to talk about, but we were on a city break so the only time we were in the room was to sleep. And of course the parking was great. We parked the car in the car-park (Cleary's) with a discount from the hotel, and we didn't use the car again until we were leaving. We didn't need to, we were in the centre of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel and will use it on future visits.

Great location good service with the airport bus - bus stop just outside the hotel kind staff when checking in I was asked if would like a smoking room which is excellent for me as a smoker!!! The room was clean but the toilet had some marks which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel

The staff were very accommodating. We had problems with our flight and they did their best to help out . We weren't so happy with our first room, but they changed it for us and everything was good. We've stayed here before and would again - they know how to treat their international guests.

Location is ideal, just off O'connell st, 10 min walk from temple bar district. Room was clean & modern, with a HD tv. Staff really helpful & friendly Hotel bar prices were over priced. Apart from that everything was fine.

This hotel is located just off of O'Connell Street where there are many nice shops and dining. The city tour buses start and leave off right in front of the hotel. It is within walking distance to many tourist site and Trinity College. The hotel staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are clean but on the small side. It is what you would expect in any large Metropolitan city. You will not be in the room with so much to do in the city. The hotel maid service was great they left extra towels at our doors when we did not want service, it was a nice touch and much appreciated.

Towels in Bathroom could do with a little updating as they were a little thin. The Hotel was a little tricky to find as the street not well marked. Breakfast not included so had to pay .not that impressed as all other places we had booked & stayed at on our travels had breakfast included. After saying that though the breakfast was very nice with good choices.Staff at check- in need to communicate with each other a little better as there was a mix up in the way I was charged. I will say though that I would probably stay there again and would recommend to others as my dislikes about the Hotel were minor.

Best hotel location ever, and I particularly liked the fact that there was Irish staff on reception and it was great to see their personality and good Irish humour. Thoroughly enjoyed everything about my stay in the hotel. Would stay again, no problem.

“The Hotel is very conveniently located, in a safe and very good area, central, with lots of public transportation optinons (bus, train, cab). The price was very affordable considering the hotel itself and the provided services. The breakfest was huge, delicious and always in time. The hotel staff was extremly friendly and helpfull (all shifts). The room very clean, spacious enough, warm and 24/7 hot water. The hotel, room and lounge design is very beautifull and warm, gives the impression of a luxury mansion and the comfort of your home. last but not least, the hotel, rooms, lounge, washrooms are very, very clean. I will definately recommend it to all types of travellers. I will go back if I will travel to Dublin again.” Dan, Brussels |
