Noise from bar next door

Great location good service with the airport bus - bus stop just outside the hotel kind staff when checking in I was asked if would like a smoking room which is excellent for me as a smoker!!!

The room was clean but the toilet had some marks which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel

It was close to city centre, and the facilities and staff were wonderful.

Just so much comfort,staff are friendly and very helpful,excellent location if you are going shopping or a event. I have stayed here more than once and will be staying there again.

The staff were very accommodating. We had problems with our flight and they did their best to help out . We weren't so happy with our first room, but they changed it for us and everything was good. We've stayed here before and would again - they know how to treat their international guests.

This hotel is located just off of O'Connell Street where there are many nice shops and dining. The city tour buses start and leave off right in front of the hotel. It is within walking distance to many tourist site and Trinity College. The hotel staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are clean but on the small side. It is what you would expect in any large Metropolitan city. You will not be in the room with so much to do in the city.The hotel maid service was great they left extra towels at our doors when we did not want service, it was a nice touch and much appreciated.

The staff were great, the room was very clean and the beds very comfortable, we would stay there again.

My wife and I were in Dublin to watch a 6 Nations rugby match and found the hotel clean, the hotel staff were polite and friendly and our room was clean.

We went as a group and only slept, showered and had breakfast at the hotel. We could have stayed anywhere, but the location and the friendly nature of the staff mean that when we go back to Dublin we will go back to this hotel.

There are some noisy nightlife venue very close, but once we were indoors we could not hear any noise from the road (as long as we kept the window shut!).

Brilliant location just off o' Connell street. Within two minutes walk of the nearest Luas stop along while also being the same distance from major shops, restaurants etc. Easy access to the o2 arena via Luas or from the bus / taxi rank located across the street. Secure parking also across the street in a multi-story car park for €12 for 24hrs for hotel guests. Located 10 minute walk from Temple Bar area and Grafton Street and a further 5 minutes to Stephen's Green. Also only 10 minute walk from Croke Park and a 10 minute taxi ride from the Aviva Stadium. Perfect location for thr Gate Theatre, located a 2 minute walk around the corner. Really nice staff and reception area with free wifi in the hotel. Excellent bar with good prices for central Dublin.
