Hotel was comfortable and handy in Centre of Dublin - not surprising really, as that's where it's located ! Ceiling in dining room was very low - made it quite noisy for a big group when dining. |

Helpful staff and comfortable room, especially the bed. The room was a bit craped for working and although breakfast was from 0700 it was not ready at that time. |

Excellent location, we had breakfast every morning and it was of a very high standard, the reception staff in particular were very helpfull.We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would book here again and recomend it to family and friends without a moments hesitation. |

The location of the Hotel is fantastic just of O'Connell street and short walk to Grafton Street, Temple bar. We stayed in a superior room and was not disappointed.Good value for money and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if visiting Dublin in the future. Very minor the sound proofing in the rooms could be better. |

The location was pretty central, the room was clean enough, and the staff were helpful. Having to pay for car parking; the size of the room for the price paid; the view from the bedroom window wasn't too great as we were directly opposite a bus stop and had people looking in. |

We arrived early in the morning and our rooms were available although check in was not till after 2pm. The staff were helpful and polite. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The location was perfect for us to explore Dublin. |

The friendlienesss of staff, the quality of the food, the hotel effiency, the finish of all areas of the hotel. Also the arrangement with a local car park is very good(40% discount) and is very convenient location. The surrounding area is not great also the hotel is a little off the beaten track. |

Very good location for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping. Staff were helpful but unobtrusive. Breakfast was not as good as it could have been. Even at the special offer rate I thought the buffet range was a bit limited. |

It was very nice.........that's why I'm staying with you again tomorrow when I come in from Galway. The internet service was intermittent and I had to go out in the hall to pick up the signal, several times. |
