Location and staff
All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Laura on the front desk and the young gentleman who was running the bar in the evenings. The breakfasts were very good and value for money, but perhaps a new toaster would be advisable; it hasn't been working too well for the last two years!
Good central location, staff knowledgeable and helpful - the hotel offered what it said it would. Food was excellent and staff flexible in serving it where we preferred to eat. Rooms were clean and comfortable and, most importantly, quiet!
There was nothing we didn't like.
the location of the hotel is well placed for getting around Dublin.
Over priced; small bedroom and bathroom, no toiletries in bathroom, and the system for using liquid soap is impractical.
I found the location to be great, nothing was more than a 20 min walk away. Staff were helpful and friendly, breakfast was ok, wifi worked well. The room was well equipped.
I did find the room slightly small for 2 people with luggage but only minor and not the worst thing really.
Location was very good
shower in room a danger, got very hot ,head does not move on shower, when my husband was showering it got very hot and when he went to turn it down it burnt him as the controls are under the head which you cant move,he then slipped in the bath and had a really bad fall out on to the floor, just missed the sink only he caught his foot in the shower curtain, you cant even make out on the controls which is hot or cold, never seen a shower you cant move or adjust before,my daughters were in a different room and said they had the same problem couldnt adjust temp and very hard to know which was hot or cold, these showers really need to be addressed before someone has a serious accident ,
The price, the location, friendly staff, good breakfast.
The angle of the tv made it almost impossible to watch it. We did not have internet in the room, but in the hallway right outside.... (in other words, the internet was bad) If you are over 170cm in height you can not stand in the shower because the showerhead is approximately 170cm high.
Being in the city, so close to everything. Staff were always happy to assist with any query.
Should have checked before booking to see if rooms had a fridge.it was a nuisance not to have a fridge to keep drinks cold
Noise from visitors next doo, especially children, not being controlled.
It was very convenient to Dublin's City Centre. Also clean and great staff.
The internet only worked very early in the morning or very late at night. Very frustrating. Had to ask for washcloths. Really!
location and price
breakfast should be included in the price my room was a little bite small
Lovely clean room with very comfy bed... Walking distance to most attractions in Dublin.... Very helpful staff.... Great breakfast which was very good value for money....
Comfortable bed. Nice bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable price. Convenient to downtown and the airport by bus.
Wifi didn't work in the first room we were in, but staff graciously moved us to another room and then it was fine.
The staff are friendly & fast check in, rooms were clean and beds comfy. We had dinner in the resturant, the service & food were v good.Would go back again.
The only small thing is when we got off the lift on first floor, had a hard time finding our room number, as it was not displayed on the wall. Room no 124.
Breakfast is excellent
Bar drink prices are expensive Television in room would not work Management tried 3 times to get it working-failed,no engineer to call upon???
Like everyone else - rooms are uncomfortably small!
Location Breakfast Comfortable
Room too small for three Tiny bathroom
room cost a lot money but was tiny too stuffy, window only opened a tiny bit and view was back wall of hotel !! old shower in bathroom. not impressed for price.
clean and friendly
room was a bit small
locality to town centre
noise from the open air pub garden next door
To noisy - no isolation between the rooms
Location, cleanliness and breakfast
Room very smalland nowifiin the room
The room was of adequate size, and had everything that I needed. The location was excellent, right in the centre of Dublin. The staff dealt promptly with the few enquiries that I had.
Brilliant location, free safe and wifi, and great bag collection and leave things to collect later after check in
The view from room was not the best and the shower drains made funny noise, on shared drains on level 3.
