Comfort Location Value for money
room very compact and very small bathroom
Breakfast Comfy bed Staff
Bedroom too small with no view. We could not walk the whole way round the bed.
EVERYTHING, WE COULD NOT FIND A PROBLEM. VERY GOOD
The location, room, staff and breakfast were all great. The 747 Airport bus stops right out side so that was a bonus. Perfect base for the city
Everything was great
No issues at all
Nothing - hotel had everything required
- Wifi connection - Location: 5 min walking to the major turistic spots - Quiet location
- Intense tobacco smell in the room - Very small room - Uncomfortable bed
Staff in breakfast buffet very slow to replenish hot food
Very clean, staff very friendly, good location
Rooms a bit small
tables not cleared and no mugs at breakfast.people had to take cutlery off other tables,no control over guests entering the breakfast room.not enough staff.tables not cleaned just a quick wipe with a cloth.
location and the room was cleaned every day
the rooms are extremely small. I felt uncomfortable, not enough room, small wind. Felt boxed in. you can hear the TV and talking through the wall. I got poor sleep because of this.
Convenient location and I liked the hotel bar
Tiny room, very noisy from the pub next door and some type of aircon unit which seemed to be right above my room and did not stop all night. Room was also roasting hot, only way to cool it down was another fan noise, even louder than the other one. Got very little sleep on the first night of my day and only slept second night through sheer exhaustion.
Closeness to O'Connell St. And very helpful young man at reception desk. Manager who made sure we didn't have to wait til 14:30 to checkin as a young female clerk bound and determined that we old folk should.
Being delayed checking in after an all night flight.
Well situated near O'Connel St and a few mins walk to Trinty College and Trmple Bar... Very good price gor city centre location
Room pretty small and breakfast was an unreasonable 10 euro- cheaper in much nicer coffee shops in town ..
Reciption staff very nice. Room was perfect they even had the travel cot set up and sheets set down.
Room service person was a rude and also was not able to get a drink of water once past 12 am as room service not avaliable we were told
Fantastic location. Great sports bar next door.
Loved the whole weekend. Fantastic City
The hotel was as always spotlessly clean. Location was perfect in terms of the purpose of our stay. The waiter at dinner was pleasant & attentive.
The receptionist on duty could have been a little more friendly & welcoming. One of our meals on the evening of our arrival was not good-the creamed potatoes were wattery & the chicken kiev was tough. We were very disappointed to have had a dreadful nights rest as we had requested a quiet room, and some of the guests were extremely noisey up until the early hours of the morning. the morning.
Location si wonderful, close to everything...Rooms are cosy and cute (tiny). Staff are generally very helpful and friendly.
Wifi goes off half the time...lots of outdoor noise from close-by bars and indoor noise from doors banging...only way to close them.
Standard of the room and bathroom was very good. Staff always helpful although often very busy. Buffet breakfast was good value and we enjoyed the meal we had in the restaurant.
The room overlooked the street and the hotel is next to a lively bar. With the window open it was too noisy to watch TV or to sleep. The room was too warm with the window closed so it meant using the air conditioning.
Rooms were small.
The location is very handy to main attractions and bus to/from airport. Hop on hop off bus just around the corner. Shopping precinct close by. Comfy bed and nice quiet room as requested.
There is a club next door with smokers gathering out the front. I hate walking through second hand smoke. This hotel is a bit overpriced I feel.
Staff, location, cleanliness
Wifi connection poor in bedrooms
I thought the hotel was excellent. All the extras were really appreciated( hot tea in the room, a large bathtub, ironing board, comfy beds and a quiet room). I bought the buffet breakfast and it was a satisfying way to start my day of travel. Best thing that happened was a recommendation for dinner at " The Church" by the desk clerk, Thanks again!
It was clean and comfortable and I was able to have a very restful sleep. It is within 50m of taxis, hop on hop off buses and restaurants.
Ran out of shower gel.
We arrived too early for check in but it was no problem to Seamus who got our paperwork done and held on to our cases to let us make the most of our day. Room 541 small but compact and had everything we needed. Hotel spotlessly clean and bus from airport (service 747) stops right outside the door.
very nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Moved to a quieter room when we complained.
tiny room with paper thin walls. Noise from other rooms seemed to echo through the walls. Very expensive for the quality provided.
