Closeness and ease to the town centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room.

WiFi Access was intermittent at best. Room was dusty. Shower was too small, barely room to turn around in. No bath (given this was a Best Western Plus hotel)

We had a room on 4. floor, and the evening/night to sunday, the music close to the reception, played very loud, and a little bit to late. The played loud to at last 01.00 a.m.

ohh our room was the smallest I have ever stayed in, including inside cruise ship rooms! It is also noisy on the weekend, there is a large TV with speakers outside the back, inside rooms - it plays until the wee hours.

I loved everthing about the hotel. The location was perfect for me as a female traveler, the staff is wonderful and absolutely friendly, my room was lovely!

The Venetian blinds instead of curtains. They let light through very early in the morning.

Good location, Comfortable and clean.

Room was not ready when agreed at 2 pm. Had to sit about and wait for an hour. Reception area seems to be a bit dull. Needs some extra lighting to enhance and make it more welcoming.

The hotel is in a great location for getting to the tourist busses, airport bus (right across from the hotel), and walking to the major areas of Dublin. It was quiet with clean comfortable rooms. Not large, but comfortable. The hotel’s morning breakfast was nice and a convenient way to start the day. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel and it’s location.

Clean, great location

The location was excellent and perfectly central for our needs. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

As with most city hotels, the rooms were a little on the small side and to have our 3 rooms somewhere near each other would have been nice.

The double room 308 initially assigned to us were extremely small for two persons , cannot move around the room after putting down two medium size luggage .Should only assign to single occupancy . After complaining at reception they reluctantly moved us to a larger double room 717

The hotel was very central. It was very clean, the shower in the bathroom was large and very good. We had dinner in the dining room on the first night and it was very good.

The room was very small, the bed took up almost the full size of the room. Although the hotel had advertised free internet in all the rooms it hardly ever worked in our room 510 and when it did it kept droping in and out. Our room backed onto the rear of the bar next door so there was a lot of noise in the evenings as the smoking area was below our room window. In in the mornings we could hear bottles getting thrown about. We always take earplugs with us so this wasn't too much of a problem for us.
