Every thing was very good,difficult to select one specific.

The Bed! wothout a doubt the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (memory foam matress) - i even took note of the brand for when I next purchase a matress. The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of variety and cooked to perfection,. Location is ideal just a few steps off O Connell street. Staff friendly and helpfull and cleaning wise the hotel was spotless.

Rooms were a little small (we stayed in suite # 520), though we did not use the seperate lounge. Bathroom was clean and modern but also a bit on the small side. The voile curtains on all windows made the place a little depressing though as it is a city location its better than staring at brick walls of neighbouting buildings, i guess.

As a resident of the U.S. who has stayed at several best westerns, this is definitely the nicest of all of them! Very contemporary furnishings/decorations. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom is well appointed with granite and marble everywhere. The location was perfectly centrally located but still managed to be quiet. Great bar/restaurants on the premises. The staff was very helpful and always cordial. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Definitely not your typical 'best western'!

the rooms are small

The room was very comfortable with a good size bathroom. The central air conditioning was quiet and worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful and consquently we had a very nice visit to the city of Dublin.

We thought the hotel was in a good position as it was just off the main road. Although the room we had was small and did not have a good view from the window, it was quiet. We found getting to other parts of the city and to the airport very easy as the buses were a short distance away. We thought the hotel was good value.

Really comfortable rooms and reception staff were so friendly and helpful. They suggested we pre-book breakfast which got us a discount and the food was fabulous!

Clean and tidy hotel with a good location, close to pubs,shops and city centre. Staff were genuinely happy to help
