Everything was good. Nothing to complain about

location. very convenient to busses, trains, shopping. Also daily maid service was great..

rooms were VERY small.

This location was near O'Connell Street, but was far enough away to avoid any noise. We were able to take the LUAS from Heuston Station (after taking the train from Galway) to the Abbey Street stop and walked a few blocks to the hotel. We could walk all over City Centre from this location.

Good location,very quiet.

Excellent location and very helpful staff. Room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. Booked while on special so cheap for what it was. Vegetarian Indian place 300m around the corner. Handy for literary pub crawl and Temple Bar. Guinness Storehouse a long but easy walk, about 40 minutes.

Bathrooms were kind of small.

The cleanliness was the primary credit. Some of the staff were friendly.

Address of Hotel was incorrect as supplied by Booking.com. (Also telephone number not recognised when tried) Findlater place isn't off O'Connell St but adjoins another road with an irish name. Having taken so long to find location missed watching the England v Ireland football game. Taking so long to get there we settled on the hotel restaurant. We ordered Steak and found it total rubbish with a good half of it grissle. I would have made my feelings known if I had not been so tired.

Convenient location, helpful staff, clean room. They were good about managing the changeover between a tour booking and a personal booking, and a "real person" (Lynsey McConnell) on staff corresponded with me, which I appreciated. They gave us good, accurate information and helped by holding our luggage the last day. So the service was excellent. Location is just a few steps away from the center. If you don't mind a short walk, it is better than totally central, as Dublin can be noisy at all hours.

Room was rather small and no view, upholstery on chairs worn and stained. Looked as if the room needed a refresh, although nothing was really wrong with it. You could hear others' doors and voices in the corridor rather loudly, although otherwise it was a quiet room. The breakfast needed more fresh fruit.

Good location, close to city centre and within walking distance of station. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room nice and clean.

Small bathroom ....door cleared the toilet by 1 cm.

Perhaps a little more light in the foyer - but not a real issue!

The hotel is clean and neat. And the Staff was very accomodating with all things to include the coffee at the bar when I did not have the breakfast option on my stay.

The windows in the room that opened to the outside were very small and did not open but an inch or so for outside air. I was okay since I was there for two nights but would have liked to get a better look outside the hotel.

It is right on Dublin's main street (O'Connell, although the hotel address does not reflect this) where the Aircoach stops etc.). Staff is professional, the hotel is clean, wifi signal is fast, attention to detail in the rooms. Breakfast is good value.

Room service was poor but the manager made sure we were reimbursed. The room we stayed in (economic double) was quite small without a view. Breakfast staff unfriendly at times. During the week breakfast is until 10:00. One day we went down at 09:30 and felt we had to make due with the leftovers and staff made us feel we had to get out of there A.S.A.P. Also, breakfast should be more varried with a better bread selection and more variation in fruit. The same bowl of fruit was served every day (cut up fruit). Also, no doughnuts or other sweet breads offered.

Just a great little hotel.

The morning breakfast was disorderly to the point of "taking your life into your hands".

The friendly and helpful staff as always. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was gorgeous. To sum up, we had a fantastic stay (as always). Thank you.

We could hear music from the bar next to the hotel but not enough to keep us awake.

Room a bit small

The Hop On, Hop Off bus starts it's route right across the street. It is within walking distance of downtown.

It is a little tricky to find while driving.

Handy to all amenities

The central location was excellent as well as the size of the bathroom. There was plenty of storage for unpacking as well as in room coffee making facilities. The location was perfect for joining one of the hop-on hop-off tours as well as the shopping and activities on the main thoroughfare. There was live music in the bar on the weekend which was really enjoyable.

There is a lively bar next door that sometimes you could hear the street noise from late at night on the weekend.

Both the room and the bathroom were rather small - definitely not like the pictures would have you believe it

We had a triple room and the room was a typical small European hotel room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was great and it appeared clean and well kept.

I was in room 335. I was woken at 10.30pm on my first night by generator noise outside my window. A complaint to reception brought surprise, somebody eventually came to the room - he genuinely seemed surprised at the extent of the noise and vowed to attempt to get it stopped. It stopped about 1am. I cannot believe that the staff do not get this complaint regularly. The nest night the noise came intermittently and I was woken by it at 3am, 4am, 5.30 and finally at 6.40 when it continued until past 8am when I got up. A complaint to reception got apologies but no offer of a change of room or a solution.

Location - really convenient Staff - friendly and efficient Room - clean and comfy bed Good value - booked quite last minute and it was great value especially on a rugby weekend where other hotels were taking advantage and increasing their prices
