The location was good for us and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was great

The room was rather small and my husband kept banging his shin on the bed as he had to squeeze round. Bath towels were really small too

Room is very very small! Dark! Smelling of frying oil! The elevator voice announcing the floors is heard throughout the airvent system as if someone is in the room itself! Breakfast option very limited, showcasing very poor Very poor experience.

Great location for a stay in Dublin. Close to many city attractions and transportation options. Hotel was nice, and the rooms were clean and modern (although small, but that's Europe for you). Price was a little above average, but worth it. Also, the airlink bus to the airport stops right in front of the hotel. Free wi-fi as well.

Room was a bit small. Breakfast was pricey. Wi-fi did not work in the room, had to sit in the lobby to get a signal.

Our shower was just a trickle at times, never got a decent shower in the 2 days but thats all i can fault!

Location excellent rooms comfortable and well furnished

The hop on hop off bus tours as well as the air link bus to the airport both had stops right outside the hotel. Shopping and pubs, including good Irish foods were within close proximity. Variety of foods...authentic local as well has fast American foods were right down the street. All rooms had private bathrooms.

Toiletries were not provided. No wash cloths or bar soap, although a shampoo/body wash dispenser was available.

Very nicely decorated room, clean and excellent value for money. Location is ideal, just opposite the Dublin Tour bus stop and 5 minute walk to Temple Bar...perfect!!

Friendly staff and excellent location

15 minutes on foot from Temple Bar so it's hardly far from the centre; however there are nearer hotels if this is a priority. The room was a decent size with free wifi, aircon, a desk, loads of wardrobe space and about 20 tv channels. The bathroom was small but clean and had plenty of towels. The hotel is right next to a great sports bar which has about 15 tv screens and the hotel bar is very good too. The hotel restaurant isn't bad and reasonably priced. The cleaning personnel are very good and I found the place to be spotless. There wasn't a fridge/minibar but there is a vending machine downstairs. There are a number of takeaways, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the non-touristy shopping area is a 5-minute walk away (go down to the Spire and turn right). Taxis to and from the airport cost just under €30 and a taxi from the centre to the hotel costs about €7-8.

The extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work and - this is nitpicking :-) - they really need to sort out the soap dispensers in the rooms, which are next to useless.

I had to have the room key card re-programmed 4 times. I could not get a alcohol drink on Good Friday.
