good location, friendly staff, bed room was quite small, however very clean and everything that you would expect from a hotel of this standard the shower temperature fluctuated quite a bit!!!!!!!!!!!! |

I found the hotel ideally located for Croke Park with pleasent staff and rooms vey comtftable. Whilst at the hotel i was to have a 12 euro breakfast rate, you could get it 10 euro direct with hotel at booking but was quoted 20 by reception staff and when going to get breakfast was to be charged 16 euro. Having these different rates is confusing and leaves you feeling vunrable to being ripped off! The entrance to the breakfast room was a negative experience as the staff give you a open third degree chalange about your credit status and the same confusion over the brealfast rate. The breakfast staff were not as happy as the rest of the pleasent staff we experienced. |

the location for the town was excellent - relaxed atmosphere- with excellent front desk staff who were very helpful in a crisis. Left luggage room had a key card entry but was not in use - would have felt happier leaving luggage after checking out |

I stayed at the Academy Plaza with my teenage daughter as a mother/daughter short break. I loved Dublin and enjoyed the whole trip. The hotel and stafff where great and in a fantastic location. The beds were amazingly comfortable, so much so that one morning we didnt wake up until 9.30. The room we stayed in (401) may not have had the best view but for a city centre hotel it was incredibly queit. Overall the Hotel and Staff were a credit to the Best Western Chain. |

Location, cleanliness of room, a kettle with tea and coffee. Staff were great and provided a couple of requests quickly. It is located in the heart of Dublin and the noise of a city is present all the time (street cleaning, auto alarms, traffic) |

Hotel location with regard to the city on its doorstep- shops, restaurants, buses, taxis, airport coach. Although situated in the busy heart of the city the hotel is in a calm off street. The full Irish buffet breakfast appreciated by all! Room a little small for 4 people considering storage of luggage (X4), no where to place 4 large wet bath towels when used. (Additional towel rail would be of help). |

The Central location and friendliness of the staff was excellent. The price was very good and was not extorionate like many other hotels in the same area. Car Parking was a problem, The hotel did get me 30% discount from a local car park, but, i needed unlimited access to my car, and they couldnt help, i ended up using taxi's over my stay.. |

The bar staff were kind enough to put on the GB Packer game for us on a Sunday night! Our room was a little on the small side, but the comfy bed made up for it! |

Good central location in Dublin yet quiet with no disturbances at night. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with reasonable facilities though not spacious, The double room was too small with tiny (half sized? ) bath. Breakfast selection was good but inconsistent quality over the four days we stayed. |

Excellent location in city centre. Pleasant coofortable room with goof lighting & free wi-fi we were allocated a room with facilities for the disabled - don't know why. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom floor making it very slippery. |

we arrived at 8.00am and we went in to leave are bags in the luggage room.when we explained we had a reservation the lady on the desk let us check straight into are room.this was a great help because we had been travelling since early in the morning and we could freshen up. |

The location of the hotel to the city centre is very good. Also the rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are big. The night time staff were a bit rude. I went for a walk from my room down to the bar to get a drink of water and the man at the desk ran over to me accusing me of not having a room when he realised he was wrong he didnt even apologise. |

beds vert comfy,and restuarant was excellent use of a shower after i booked out,ran the dublin marathon and needed a shower before i headed back on my travels,was told when i arrived i coulnt have one and it bothered me because ive stayed in cork,longford,belfast ,england to run races and i was allowed to use a shower after,i was deffiantly not staying again next year,but in the end they let me have one,so ill be back next year again,thanks for a great stay. |

Great value for Dublin. Friendly staff. Free access to a computer was very helpful. Lovely decor. Very noisy at night. Local bar carries on till 3 am. |

The location was good and the "standard" rooms were good value. Breakfast in the room was excellent. I booked the suite and the room was not up to the standard described on the website. The maid service was extremely poor, the bed very uncomfortable, the shower poor and the "panoramic views" turned out to be a wall ! Having said that, the hotel did compensate for these in the end and overall I had a fantastic weekend. |
