The hotel was in an excellent location, the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. We had breakfast in the hotel and although at first it seemed expensive for 4 of us it was a really good meal with lots of choices. I was really please that I had chosen this hotel. |

Location for purpose was ideal for our two day city break. Accomodation quality and cleanliness was one of the best stayed at in Dublin. |

This modern hotel in exceelent location. Good buffet breakfast. Site seeing bus across the road from hotel shops and temple bar all within 10 mins walking distance. Would use this hotel again when visting Dublin. |

Small room but very very clean with all the usual room facilities. Ideal for a city break or weekend stay.Will stay again. Love the way you can only access lifts to floors by using your room key. |

Very good location and very good vlue for money There was a lot of noise one evening and again early one morning but this came from the bars at the back of the hotel and was in no way the fault of the hotel itself |

It was within walking distance to just about everything. The staff was very good helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable. We would definitly stay there again |

Good location- easy walk to city attractions.Free internet access. Family room with 1double and 2 singles good value for family with teenagers. Comfortable beds and pillows. Hop on hop off bus stop across the road from hotel. Soap dispencer in shower not refilled. Breakfast not the best value. |

This hotel is excellent and is located in a good part of Dublin close to shops restaurants and many Irish pubs. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities in the hotel are really good and the decor is stylish and modern. Rooms are lovely and the service is excellent, We can fully recommend this welcoming and comfortable hotel. Nothing. It is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Dublin |

The Bed! wothout a doubt the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in (memory foam matress) - i even took note of the brand for when I next purchase a matress. The breakfast was also excellent with plenty of variety and cooked to perfection,. Location is ideal just a few steps off O Connell street. Staff friendly and helpfull and cleaning wise the hotel was spotless. Rooms were a little small (we stayed in suite # 520), though we did not use the seperate lounge. Bathroom was clean and modern but also a bit on the small side. The voile curtains on all windows made the place a little depressing though as it is a city location its better than staring at brick walls of neighbouting buildings, i guess. |

As a resident of the U.S. who has stayed at several best westerns, this is definitely the nicest of all of them! Very contemporary furnishings/decorations. The room was very comfortable. The bathroom is well appointed with granite and marble everywhere. The location was perfectly centrally located but still managed to be quiet. Great bar/restaurants on the premises. The staff was very helpful and always cordial. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know. Definitely not your typical 'best western'! Only the price could be better. |

The room was very comfortable with a good size bathroom. The central air conditioning was quiet and worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful and consquently we had a very nice visit to the city of Dublin. |
