Staff were excellent. Bedrooms very comfortable. I didn't like their Full Ieish Breakfasts - scrambled eggs no flavour, black pudding too salty. Coffee very strong. Tea/coffee cups not very clean.

All staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean comfortable and really soundproof, I heard no street noises or from other rooms. What a plus!

Staff were very friendly. The colour scheme throughout the hotel was very relaxing. The room was very comfortable. had the best fish and chips ever from the bar menu. The only thing I could fault the hotel with is there was no storage shelving in the bathroom not good when you are trying to put makeup on.

The bedroom was lovely great view, lovely tv nice staff enjoyed the breakfast there was a function on in the hotel and there was not enough parking for residents, shower could have done with a bit more power, shame we couldnt use the swimming pool,it was out of order.

The Hotel was easy to find and lots of parking out front. Easy check in. Lovely rooms with a great harbor view. Excellent showers! We were given a great restaurant suggestion and capped off the evening with a drink at the hotel bar. The spa was being refurbished and unavailable for use. This was not indicated on the website when we booked. Definitely disappointing since we were looking forward to using the facilities.

The Actons Hotel is in the beautiful town of Kinsale and is right across from the harbor....a beautiful view from our room. Great meals! And a new health spa is opening soon. We would definitely recomend to everyone No dislikes!!!

Service was excellent from all the staff in all areas, the food was very good, the convenience to Kinsale was great. We expected the swimming pool to be in operation, nowhere on the booking was it mentioned that it was being refurbished, this was very disappointing as we had booked two days in Kinsale at this hotel partly to enjoy the facilities of the hotel, this was in preference to a b & B. The room we were given which was room 103 was near to the plant room which could be heard in the early hours of the morning.

The rooms are lovely. They are modern, spacious and bright. The shower was amazing and the hotel is very central. We ordered cooked breakfast the next morning and it was terrible. Very poor full irish breakfast. The food tasted processed and cheap.

Breakfast was excellent & room had nice view. Booked specifically as there was leisure centre. Transpired that it is closed for renovations and we were never advised. No tv in bar as was looking to watch Heineken Cup
