The staff were friendly and knew all the best deals within the city, and although the room was 3 floors above the pub, there was hardly any noise. Room was clean. perfect for a city trip. |

close to all the shops and bars the room we stayed in was oppisite a nightclub and Taxi rank, sleepless nights were plenty |

The friendliness of the reception staff and the cosiness of the room and its spaciousness were much to my liking. As a 'cold creature', I would have liked to have had the option of an additional cover for the bed! |

Breakfast was very poor, ( standard of service, plastic spoons,quality of food) we went elsewhere on day 2 . Room was grubby and smelled of smoke.Only three pillows. Towels for bath/shower were too small. As we went upstairs to room there were vacuum cleaners & other bits and pieces stashed in the stair wells. Carpet on hall stairs was filthy at edges. |

Comfortable, clean large room at rear. Friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for Grafton Street Shopping and Temple Bar nightlife Breakfast menu a little basic if you did not want a cooked meal. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble, even when asking for more tea bags and milk late at night! If you want peace and quiet, this would not be the hotel for you due to its location near the Temple Bar area. The street noise could be heard from the 3rd floor room until the early hours of the morning, but watching the antics of revellers was great entertainment. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was situated within a few minutes walking distance of The Olympia Theater and also v close to all the good shops! It was very noisey at night...but its to be expected |

perfect location in the centre of Dublin The restaurant quality is poor. Microwave breakfast and staff that isn't customer minded and has poor quality of the English language. Internet was only working in one side of the restaurant. |

Het personeel in dit hotel is uitstekend! super gastvrij en zeer behulpzaam! ontbijt was toch inbegrepen anders dan vermeld bij het boeken. Ontbijt was irish breakfast en yoghurt en cereal was ook te krijgen. Prima start van de dag. De buurt waarin het hotel ligt is erg rumoerig, ik wisrt dit van te voren maar heb er eigenlijk geen last van gehad Het was overdag net wat te warm op de kamer en de kamers zijn een beetje toe aan een opfris beurt. |

Rien en particulier.C 'éTais une prestation correcte pour ce type d'hôtel. Je suis parti avec un ami et il n'y avait qu'un seul grand lit.C'est regrettable.De plus l'isolation phonique des fenêtres est totalement déplorable alors étant placé sur une rue très fréquentée les grasses matinée après des soirées dans Temple Bar sont totalement impossible. |

Het hotelpersoneel was super vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Als je echt voor je rust komt en toch frisse lucht wil moet je niet in dit hotel zijn.Wij wilde met het raam open slapen en in deze straat is 24 uur per dag levendigheid,lallende mensen,sirenes etc. |

Mooie kamers, schitterende bar/restaurant, vriendelijk personeel en de ligging is perfect, midden in het temple bar gebied. De ramen zouden dubbelglas moeten zijn. Je wordt s'morgens vroeg wakker van verkeerslawaai, zelfs op de 3e verdieping klinkt het alsof je midden op straat ligt met je bed. |

De gezelligheid, mede door de indeling van de bar en het restaurant. De temperatuur op de kamers was veel te hoog. Tevens erg gehorig. |
