The bed was lovely and big, queen size. It was quiet as we had a room at the side of the hotel. Hotel receptionist was lovely and helpful. Spot on location especially for gay destinations. Lighting in room was very poor, chests of drawers were smelly and handles were broken so awkward to open. Bathroom very dated. Our glasses were never cleaned so had dirty drinking glasses.

The hotel is in the middle of everything which makes it really easy to get to all interesting places. The staff when we checked-in and out was not very polite and it felt like she was patronizing us.

The bar area of the Hotel was stunning with a great atmosphere. The blond hotel receptionist on the day of our arrival was extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. It was noisy overlooking the street at night. Although this was annoying, it is on a main street in a capital city over the road from the main party district in the area....... be realistic and expect there to be a bit of noise!

It has a good location, staff are pleasant and helpful. Well, the room was very small, also as its in a busy part of Dublin its very noisy at night time and also the breakfast facilities was disappointing, not like other hotels where you choose what you want, where it is all left out for you to choose, you had to order and not much variety.

The hotel staff were warm and friendly, our room was comfortable and surprisingly spacious, and our breakfast very tasty. We will definitely stay there again if we are going to Dublin for a city break. Although we asked for a 'quiet room' we were on the 3rd floor and our window overlooked Dame Street which was a bit noisy. However, despite that, we both slept soundly!

A clean and friendly hotel right in the middle of the city. Some slight street noise during the night - but it is on the main road and near to Temple Bar so that was to be expected.

Location great, lovely big clean room great staff will stay again. The rooms maybe a bit noisey for some people as the hotel is on a busy main street but if you are going out for the night and not sitting in the room you will have no problem with it!
