i was changed to another room after complaining about a noisy radiator!

the noisy radiator! helicoptors hovering overhead during the early hours, Bono landing maybe?

very clean, changed sheets and towels every day. although at first the room seemed a bit dusty. Staff extremely kind and helpful at all times. also very positive: we could smoke if we wanted in our rooms.thank you!

the rooms looked over the kitchen and when you opened the window it stings all day long....also the breakfast was poor in quality and variety and the waitreses very difficult to communicate (why do they not understand english?) and a bit unkind.

The room and hotel were comfortable. There was always someone at Reception to help with any queries. Unfortunately the lift broke down for a couple of hours during late afternoon/early evening during our stay and our key did not work on four occasions, but all were dealt with efficiently.

Although the hotel is sited centrally in Dublin, which was ideal, our room overlooked two pubs and it was very noisy on the Friday and Saturday nights.

Location is perfect for seeing Dublin city life. Very short walk to all main shopping areas and the hotel bars are very welcoming and lively

Hotel is located on main street and was very noisy until the early hours, but if you join in the fun it is perfect.

location was verry central within walking distance of shopping, museums and the olympia and gaiety theatres staff were verry friendly and helpfull couldnt have done anymore, nice breakfast

The people were so welcoming and nice!! The bar was just down stairs, and the food was great!
