location nice staff in reception
no residents lounge noisy disco till 3am unable to access broadband in room very limited breakfast menu
Excellent location and the staff were very friendly
Great location, staff were very helpful, good breakfast, price of drink not too bad..
Room was very dated.. Bathroom was a mess, could do with a complete revamp.. Lift never worked, noisy at nite due to nite club downstairs, however that wasent a problem..
Great value for money, very nice room and comfortable bed. Excellent location. Reception staff very nice
Lift wasn't working, we were on 4th floor. Food from restaurant wasn't great. Noisy outside at night time, bottles being emptied, lorrys etc.
With our two girls, the staff thought we need more room so she upgraded us to the family suite without extra charge. Overall, staffs were nice and friendly. Hotel is old and needs some remodeling but they kept it clean and comfortable. Great location to walk most of places--restaurants and shoppings everywhere.
Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights in December, the location is brilliant but we have never stayed in a hotel with such unfriendly reception staff they were rude sarcastic and totally unapproachable, we will never go back there again. The hotel is totally outdated and a ripoff location is the one thing going for it, we are happy to let the decor go but the rude staff really put a dampener on our stay I work in the public service and I would never treat customers like we were treated so unprofessional.
Location and value for money..
very late check in room wasn't ready till 4pm...
room was lovely
poor wifi- staff were indifferent whether I got a signal or not- despite asking for the code a number of times. Poor service in Bar- i left to go to another hotel to eat as I could not get service at the Bar after 20 minutes sitting at the counter. Disappointed with Car park recommended-iwas charged €26 for overnight. Complete rip off.
Central location. would be good for somewhere central for a night out - just dont expect luxury accommodation
Thought it unusual that they had already charged me when I got to the hotel because I was checking in late (after 9pm) didnt think this would happen with booking.com. Very noisy from outside - ancient windows - ear plugs provided came in very useful, would have had no sleep otherwise. Door to hotel was hard to find at night (behind the bar entrances) and was told on check in if i wanted to leave and come back it would be through the bar as the other door was now closed and finding my way through a packed bar as a solo traveler wasnt very appealing.
Great location for a good price.
Everything smells terrible, towels and room smelled like fries cause of the pub downstairs.
The bar and restaurant were excellent giving good value for moneu
Bedrooms a little out dated
Nice staff and great location
The wifi was unstable and slow
Great location, friendly stuff
The beds are so old it's rediculous you sit on it and sink to the base, the windows are so old and poor you may as well have them open as it be any louder! I was so poorly and had m what sounded like a brass band playing out side from 3 am until around 5am!!!! Absolutely fuming that know one did anything about it!!!!!!
Location is amazing for the price Big, lively pub/bar food directly below hotel Great room service menu
Tv in room absolutely tiny
Location staff and value
Noises at night as near street
comfortable warm spacious room comfortable bed. clean bathroom
where breakfast was served? no space, for tables or chairs, or customers. tv on loud plus radio at same time in early morning.
Staff are warm, friendly and cooperative. Night staff very professional
This hotel is perfect for anyone having a weekend in Dublin. It's literally in the heart of all the action. Suitable more for groups of friends in large numbers (girls or boys).
Location and price
Room badly lite, Wi-fi didn't work.
Absolutely love the location of this place, the bed is so so comfy and the staff are lovely. You get what you pay for but definitely satisfied, will definitely stay again
The only slight problem is the noise from the pub downstairs it can be very noisy
