Excellent hostess, breakfast was beautifully presented, tasty, good choice, offered more tea and toast. Room was perfectly clean. Room was very small, only a little space around the bed, and quite dated decor and a little pricy for what we were getting

The owner was a wonderful hostess. Friendly, helpful and informative. The breakfast was amazing and plentiful. The house is beatifully kept, extremely clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Waterford it is a gem. We were very well looked after.

Our hostess was welcoming, generous, and lovely. Ann is a charming lady who wants everyone to be comfortable. She knows the Waterford area so well and can answer, or find an answer, for any question about the area. We were there two nights and would happily return again.

We came to WIT and took an interview. This B&B is right in front of WIT university, is perfect one for business travel to WIT. This is a B&B very friendly to family travel with little children. The host is very nice and considerable. The design decoration over the whole hotel is very pleasant Irish style. The room is comfortable and considering for little child because the host has grandchildren herself. The breakfast is very good quality (we pick the Irish breakfast). We came in a bit late, and the host are still waiting for us. She is living in the hotel so you could get help any time.

we received a warm welcome and anne, our host , really tries to make her guests feel special. the place was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished in the public areas. the breakfast was delicious and Anne really enjoys having people to stay. although the b and b is not in the city, it is very convenient for visiting the House of Waterford Crystal which is 5 minutes drive away. our room was small because we had quite a bit of luggage, and the parking was tight but Anne was very helpful in managing it.

Very friendly owner Told by owner not to lock bedroom door from inside as unable to unlock again from inside therefore had to sleep with door unlocked.Car park very inadequate and very difficult to back out of.

“The staff were just fantastic, especially the bar staff. Niall and his colleagues were always on their toes and remembered people's orders, which I thought was very professional. There was music in the bar on both nights so that enticed us to stay in the hotel instead of going out in the city. The food was really tasty. It is only a short stroll from the city centre.
