Anne, the owner of this b&b, is very welcoming and friendly, as well as a good cook. She served us a delicious breakfast. Her home is beautifully decorated and very clean. The carpark was rather tight.

we received a warm welcome and anne, our host , really tries to make her guests feel special. the place was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished in the public areas. the breakfast was delicious and Anne really enjoys having people to stay. although the b and b is not in the city, it is very convenient for visiting the House of Waterford Crystal which is 5 minutes drive away. our room was small because we had quite a bit of luggage, and the parking was tight but Anne was very helpful in managing it.

Very friendly owner Told by owner not to lock bedroom door from inside as unable to unlock again from inside therefore had to sleep with door unlocked.Car park very inadequate and very difficult to back out of.

The friendliness! The facility was great. The room was wonderful. The lady was outstanding. She insisted on helping with our luggage. She gave us a great suggestion for dinner. The next morning after a great breakfast, my wife was joking about running out of clean clothes, and the lady said "I'd have washed them for you." What a wonderful lady.

“The location was stunning in lovely gardens beside the ruined castle. The welcome by Des was terrific and we were made to feel at home instantly. He continued to be a wonderful host with nothing being too much trouble, and he was happy to explain the history behind his wonderful house, and his collection of antiques and bric a brac, which fitted together so tastefully. After a comfortable night's sleep the breakfast was superb. We cannot recommend the Coach House enough. ” Richard, Wirral |
