We loved our whole experience at this B&B. The owner was amazing. She made you feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. The B&B was very convenient to town and there was so much to do in town. You can catch a bus into town. The bus stop was right over the road from the accommodation.

Adel B&B really is Home from Home. Of all the B&B's that we have stayed in over the years this place is top notch, clean, comfortable and classy.

A lovely warm welcome late evening after a very long journey due to ferry being cancelled. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Lovely decor. Filling Irish breakfast to send us on our way the next day. The owner couldn't have been nicer or the lady who helped out at breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

There was no TV in room.

The B&B was very clean and beautifully maintained. Anne's lounge/breakfast room was stunningly decorated with beautiful furnishings and lots of crystal on display (which Waterford is noted for). The breakfast was excellent and the hostess was very friendly. The B&B was located on the Cork road leading out of town, so useful for those heading west to Cork after their stay in Waterford.

We were in the attic room upstairs and it was a little difficult to move about due to the sloping ceilings.

Location was a little far from any restaurants. Car is necessary and although parking is on site it is very tight.

Warm friendly welcome to a lovely home, help and advice where to find a good restaurant, bus stop over the road that takes you right to the town centre. Fantastic breakfast, lovely clean rooms. thank you!

A little hard to find as no street number butthere is a good sign in front. Driveway entry is actually between a set of stop light signals. This may help other guests locate the premises.

Le lady was very nice and friendly, and the B&B is very nice and everything is neat.

Rooms are a bit small, tha place is quite far from the center of the town

Great location over looking the bay ,big comfortable room and breakfast top shelf . all in all very good place to stay owners did all they could help make our stay as good as they could .

Only one thing no fridge in the room ,same as all rooms in uk and Ireland

The place is very quiet and it is easy to find.we liked that isn t in the centre,so we were easy to continue our journey without gettig stuck in the traffic.the best part of the place is the host.she was so kind and help us with the problem we had.we will never forget her kindness.thanx so much once more!

a very warm welcome from Anne the owner, the room was very nice with all the finishing touches, shower was fantastic & a very comfortable bed for a great night's sleep follwed by a delicious breakfast, will be back there for sure on our next trip!!!
