We stayed for 5 nights in a private room with 3 beds. People there were very friendly. Housekeeping was nice and thorough. Breakfast was included and a lot better than at most other places! Comfortable and clean
Location and a good breakfast.
Noisy room facing busy street. Very spare and basic. No cosy feel to the room.
For a bog standard bed and breakfast, the price for two nights stay was way too expensive.
The room was small but adequate. Clean sheets and towels and a great shower.
Room was cold, the breakfast times not ideal, not the best breakfast I have ever had.
The only real plus points for me were the city centre location, large flat screen tv, free and reasonbly quick internet access and the bed.
No kettle, no rubbish bins, tiny bathroom, no double glazing and very noisy, no iron, room not the cleanest, walls were dirty, rubbish not emptied during my 4 night stay. Bathroom taps had to be held down to maintain a flow, very disappointing.
Good location Felt safe Staff friendly
No tea or coffee supplies in the room Noisy location
The location was good. Breakfast had good options and the staff was very good for breakfast service.
With the windows open to help cool the room, it was loud when trying to sleep. We parked at a garage that was very expensive. It would have been helpful for the guesthouse to advise of other parking options. The bathroom was very small.
room is clean, nice, everything in place. when i needed a samsung charger the staff kindly let me use theirs. well noise-insulated and comfy. breakfast lovely, great table service. staff really friendly.
en-suite bathroom poorly ventilated, so horrible stench in it, total put-off! ruined the whole experience.
near connolly station, clean , good value for money
reception staff not welcoming and not helpful
Staff was friendly. The bed was good, location is good.
The single rooms are located directly at staircase, I woke up every time late guests came home. The room was very functional, just a bed. No chair and no view, window blinded. Not inviting to spend more time than necessary, just sleep and take a shower.
Luke was very helpful
Close to the train and bus. Cloise to temple bar. Irish Breakfast was awesome! the staff very friendly and helpful. Internet very fast
Good hot water in ensuite shower Good location near to city centre
Many steps to get to room. No lift. Continental breakfast was only cereal.
Near center but very close to train station
Very close to train station. you hear the train departure and arrive all the time. The sound proofing is very bad. You can hear neighbors clearly. Very expensive for such a poor room and shared bathroom. The staffs are cold. No good morning, afternoon, evening or hello. Room is not clean. You can see the thick of dust on the bed frame. The room is totally not look like the web photos.
nice room, clean, good location
Comfortable bed, nice breakfast, good standard of cleanliness
No tea and coffee making facilities. Continental breakfast limited. The front staff were very clinical, no welcome or asking if we had a nice stay. Hotel under refurbishment which I think would have been useful to know.
Loved the location, friendly helpful staff.
Small room and small bed for two people. Too many stairs
Safe, comfortable and well fitted out. The staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious.
For the price, hard to fault.
The staff generally were friendly, warm and helpful. Breakfast was delicious Irish breakfast which I really liked. Clean and fairly new beddings and comfortable beds. I like beds. This guesthouse comes highly recommended for those who are looking for cozy. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
It was quite noisy at. Ought n the street
Close to major Dublin sites and ferries.
Street noise was bad and room was so so.
Easy to walk to main shopping area and staff was wonderful!
No air conditioning
