The room was basic but it had all u needed and the bed was very comfortable.
Cant think of anything I didnt like
Lots of hot water and powerful shower.Secure car parking. Reasonable sized room for a city centre accommodation. Good decoration. Helpful staff.
Need tea making facilities. Minute bathroom. Noisy at weekends-ask for room at the back of the building.
We were able to book even though the credit card was declined on booking.
We booked for a double bed, but because credit card wasn't accepted for some reason, the booking didn't go through... no-one notified us about the incomplete booking. Probably that's why we got two beds instead of one large. Window didn't close, so a bit cold And we were toward the street, so a lot of noise.
Very close to the city, nice walking distance from spots, 24/7 desk help
Cost for a B&B a bit pricey, small rooms
It was clean and our room was very big. The price was extremely reasonable and the location was great.
They had just painted and we got headaches and our eyes hurt from the fumes. We could hear footsteps above us on the wood flooring when people walked about in the night and morning.
Location, cleanliness, room/layout. Borrowed hairdryer from front desk.
It was so noisy sleep was impossible. Windows are clearly not thick enough. The blind was sheer and allowed all the light through. Easy to hear all movements and conversations of your neighbours. Without earplugs sleep was impossible. Breakfast was poor. Staff were all male and some were surly.
The location was good for everything we needed, the room was a good size, breakfast was nice, beds were comfy.
Very noisy from the train track, could hear all movement from other guests, the place is being decorated at present so didn't have a main light in the room, it was either freezing cold or boiling hot and smelled of paint in the room.
Location was good. Short walk to o connell street.
Breakfast small and no vegetarian alternative despite saying otherwise. No tomatoes, just the same as the full breakfast without meat. Orange juice was orange squash. Coffee not refilled. Half of lights in the room didnt work. No lift, lots of stairs. Had to leave key at reception when going out and ring bell to get in. When returned didnt ask our names. Didnt feel safe. Staff told us they were fully booked when we returned back and we had to tell him we already had a room. We had spoken to him only a few hours before when we handed our key in. Poor facilities for storing clothes. Shower poorly positioned so bathroom floor gets soaked while getting in. Car park not close.
Very clean, affordable B and B in central location.
There were not tea-making facilities in the room (although the staff did kindly bring up tea) Slightly noisy due to its location in a busy street.
The room was tiny
Location was good Breakfast team was very friendly
Room with double bed (as booked) was not available Broken window that cannot be closed Disfunctional toilet
5 minute walk from O Connell St. Helpful staff. My young son loved the view from the window of buses in the street, and the trains.
No tea and coffee in the room. TV was set high on the wall.
The beds were comfortable Close to most local places in Dublin 24 hour able to come and go any time relaxed atmosphere
Staff were welcoming Train track running directly outside bedroom window Check out time too early Rooms were cold didn't like the shared bathroom Tv aerial didn't work Not enough storage space Room was too small if bringing alot of stuff
very good location near the main station, kind staff, good price
very small bathroom with dirty ventilator, no wardrobes and place for stuff, no breakfast variety
It was conviently located for a pubs and restaurants
Toilet was dirty, breakfast was practically cold, you had to leave your key at the desk feeling like you were on a curfew and the general look of the room was shabby. I was on the top floor which was up a very narrow stairwell and had no working hall light, so getting your room key in the door was a struggle. Parking was a problem as was finding the place in the dark. You'd get much better for an extra €10.
Very clean, well run, pleasant staff, good breakfast included
Room was extremely small and not ensuite.
Location is perfect Irish Breakfast Great pubs couples doors down. Staff is cordial.
Noise of the street Noise of the plumbing when people were flushing. Walls made of cardboard. I could hear everything. Do not take the continental breakfast. It's just toasts. Holes in the walls and moist in the shower and on the top of the window. Let's say the place is ok, but needs a lot of love. Overpriced for what you get.
Good location, nice living room, room quality is enough for budget accomodation.
The bathroom furniture was all rusty and old, not so clean as well. The two guys from the reception answered our questions but were not at all friendly.
Breakfast was good Room was clean
Shared bathroom for like 10 people on a full night.
Comfortable bed & soft bedding. Lovely fresh room. Great location & views.
No tea & coffee facilites in our room, Irish folks need tea!! Shower nearly over flowed. Arrive for breakfast 10 minutes before it ended, they had already cleaned up. Had to make it clear that we paid for it & that it was still within the time. Attitude of the girl in the breakfast room was unpleasant.
Very willingness personnel, good location in centre
Pots of tea supplied immediately on request.
Wasnt à very comfortable, inviting sitting area downstairs.
Breakfast served quickly and with a smile. Handy to station.
Very basic twin room far too small. No tea and coffee making facilities in room although discovered that hot drinks could be requested at reception. Indifferent attitude from staff.
Great location, comfortable room with plenty of space, very good breakfast, friendly staff, close to airport bus stop, highly recommended.
just few blocks from O'Conell street, nice pub very close price was ok considering location
Staff less friendly than you expect reception room was very disorganized many stairs with baggages could be hard little room look not really nice
