What most impressed me about Aghadoe heights Hotel were the staff, friendly and courteous they definitely provide a 5 star service.I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a relaxing break. |

The scenery surrounding the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable and the food was excellent albeit quite expensive. Was not that impressed with the swimming pool area, thought it would have been bigger and the steam room/ jacuzzi should have been closer to the pool. |

A very comfortable and relaxing couple of days, lovely food, both in the bar and dining room. Loved the small carafe of wine at lunchtime! |

The initial room we were allocated was shabby and needed a good clean - certainly was not five star standard. Had to be upgraded to a better room which was a suite. |

The professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The view was superb. Being charged a different room rate on my final bill from the prearranged room rate booked through "booking.com". If I had not been vigilant I could have been charged a significant amount more than my original quoted price. |

This place is an excellent place to stay, wonderful staff and location. Will definitely return next year. The location meant that a taxi was necessary each time we wanted to go into town and at 10 Euros each way the costs soon add up! |

The view (you should stay in the lake side room), breakfast, free wireless internet, clean room The place was difficult to find especially if you drive from Killarney town center. The sign at N22 was big enough but the one for turning immediately to the left was quite small (especially if you expect a sign like the one at N22) and I missed it, making me go straight for over 10 miles...Also, I used the valet parking but the trunk was not closed properly. |

The service was excellent, the spa was very relaxing and the views fantastic. Too many children. Didn't expect that for a 5 star hotel. |
