It is located at a very convenient spot within the walking distance to all major attractions in Dublin. Although the building is old, my room, particularly the bathroom, was spotless and the staffs were very helpful. Although it did not bother me much, someone was complaining about the noise from the outside (young people were fooling around late at night) and the staff recommended to ask for an inside room next time. The noise lasted about 20 minutes and then stopped, though. |

Great location and nice staff. Rooms were spacious, clean and quiet (facing the back). Breakfast was served with delicious bread and cheese, and a big smile from the waiter. The main door is closed so you have to knock and wait for the reception staff to open. However, 24 hrs. |

The front desk staff went out of their way to help us with tourist- related questions. The continental breakfast that was included was very good. The hotel was in a great location, near St. Stephen's Green, making it very easy to walk anywhere. Double room for two people cost eur95 per night w/ taxes, a very good deal in the city. Internet access only in the common area, not in the rooms. |

We really enjoyed it, the people working there were amazingly helpful and sweet. They gave us a few slices of bread every morning so my 3 year old could feed the ducks on St. Stephen's Green, which is just around the corner. The rooms were large, and the bathtub was a nice perk. We had a basement room and it was perfectly quiet. |

I've appreciated the staff courtesy, the hotel look, the good choice of the breakfast e the very good room service clean. Unfortunately there isn't the lift. For us it wasn't a problem anyway. |

Very good place, close to city center and big park. We stayed a lot of time our time outside Dublin and it is no problem too, because train station is not so far (15 minuts walk). Our room was clean and bathroom too. Nothing important. Wi-fi could be better on the fourth floor. And trams more quiet. |

setting was most convenient for the purpose of my visit. rooms were clean if compact. breakfast lovely. ambiance very nice. no hot water in the bathroom and pressure very poor. stayed on fourth floor. it is better not to have to walk up four floors unless the hotel is full. a lift would be a great idea. |

Kindness of the staff. Particularly, Miss Veronica is really very very kind!!I asked for two quiet rooms and the room that were assigned were marvellous (as in the photo of the site of the hotel). The bathroom was too big. The hotel is very near to city centre (only 300 metres from Grafton Street). |

Good relationship of price and quality. Nice breakfast. Room small but comfortable. Close to the shopping area and a beautiful park. No problems. Just useful to remember that there is no elevator and street may be noisy at times. |

The staff were a delight. friendly and helpful as a group but particularly with the reception staff There seemed to be a lot of decoration or repair work going on in the hotel which was slightly disconcerting. I thought it was expensive for what it provided. |
