Kaunis vanha rakennus hyvällä paikalla ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Huone oli myös kaunis ja erittäin siisti ja kylpyhuone ihastuttava. Aamiainen oli riittävä ja henkilökunta myös aamiaishuoneessa oli hyvin ystävällinen ja avulias. Hotellin sijainti oli lyhyehkön kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta, Crafton Streetiltä ja Temple Barin alueelta. Melkein vieressä oli St.Stephen's Green-puisto joutsenineen. Ainakin kadun puoleiseen huoneeseen kuului jokaisena neljänä yönä häiritsevästi meteliä kadulta. Olisi ollut hyvä olla korvatulpat mukana. |

Asiakaspalvelu oli erinomaista koko vierailumme ajan ja meidän toiveet huomioitiin, haluaisimme jatkossa majoittua samassa hotellissa! Hinta-laatusuhde kohdillaan, hyvä sijainti. Oli mukavaa, että huonehintaan kuului aamiainen ja itse pidin siitä. Mieheni ei tosin välittänyt juustoista, hedelmistä ja jugurtista, olisi toivonut enemmän irlantilaisen aamiaisen tyyppistä ruokaa. |

Henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta. Huoneemme sijaitsi juuri aamiaishuoneen alapuolella ja sen järjestely alkoi melko aikaisin aamulla - tarjoilijan kenkien kopina herätti turhan ajoissa. |

staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was excellent . it is a budget hotel so people should not expect to find any of the comforts of better class hotels. In my view the hotel needs refurbishing. |

It was in the perfect location - very near Stephens Green. However - do not stay in Room 19 - it is in the basement - you cant open the window beacuse of the noise outside and it is like a tomb - completely airless. We spent a sleepless sweaty night in that room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel as it was clean and comfortable and perfectly located for Dublin city centre, however, make sure you are not staying in the basement and ask for a room at the back of the hotel preferably so you can open the window without hearing all the drunks outside! |

Extremely friendly staff who even offered their help in calling a taxi if necessary when I was leaving. My room was towards a courtyard which made it very quiet and nice. The breakfast was excellent, really delicious. Some may prefer more sausages and less fruit but for me it was sufficient, I was stuffed afterwards. Really clean rooms also and gorgeous decor. I honestly can't think of anything. Walking towards my room was a real labyrinth adventure but that's not necessarily a negative feature, it was actually quite exciting :P |

The location is great. Very central on one of the popular and most classic looking streets of Dublin. It occupies a very presentable Georgian family house and is furnished according to its style. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and well furnished with tv, Hairdriers etc. |

Walking to my room was like in a Harry Potter maze yet my room was clean and comfortable which matters greatly to me. The location is great and close to great shopping and eateries. It was a nice hotel! |
