Rimeligt, men prisen var den samme som et hotel vi boede på i Dublin med noget mere komfort. Mulighed for at reservere med eller uden balkon, der havde udsigt over vand. |

We liked the location even though it was on the outskirts of Salthill and required a Taxi after a night out, The view from the dining room looked over the promenade and was not overlooked. The other parts of the B&B were bright clean and welcoming. The rooms we booked were in need of renovation in comparrison to the others therefore for the daily rate of 99 Euros per room was high and we think overpriced. |

Good location out side of Galway, at Salthill. Room was lovely and decorated tastefully and clean. Our dog Kobi, was allowed stay in room as it was pet friendly b&b and he too was happy and content. Also he could sit with us at breakfast in the morning. Just one problem with people coming back and being noisy at 4.00pm in the morning - no reflection on the b&b just on the people having no consideration for others sleeping!! |

The co-operation of the manager ....nothing was too much trouble. Choice of food at breakfast was not good....too much unhealthy type food which was left keeping warm for too long. Fresh fruit would have been very welcome! |

The atmosphere was warm and extremely welcoming. I would return to this B&B again. The staff was very informative and ready to guide us with any questions regarding the area we wanted to tour. |

Staff were friendly and helpful and simple extra facilities like chilled water, afternoon tea cakes and free internet access were a nice touch. Freshly cooked breakfast on Monday morning was great, but on Sunday morning the scrambled eggs served from the hotplate were disappointing - stick to your good fresh cooking! |

its location with regard to galway and the conamarra region of ireland yes the bathroom facilities did not work well --shower broken , basin difficult to plug and room heating far far too hot with control handle removed so i could not turn down the heating . i felt like a little school boy who had to simply accept wahat i was given . at 64 i think i can think for myself |

Very little, who has a parot at a BB??? The carpet had not been hoovered in a long while, it was noisey with the dog and parot. Location was much further than I thought to the centre. |

The member of the staff to whom i paid for my stay was very nice and helpful. The parrot in the lounge is great fun. Based on information from the website this accommodation is much closer to city centre. It would be helpful to know for those who don`t drive - like me - that it's almost in Barna. I got misleading guidance from a member of the staff on bus-services. I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The place is very much overpriced. |

The Amber Bay was very clean and conformable. The extras such as internet access, free phone access, bottled water and the view made for very enjoyable stay. |

Central location, cleanliness, breakfast I asked about oatmeal, and they seemed to have none - or perhaps she didn't understand what I was asking about? |

It was available within 10 mins of event i went to. Served its function, clean & comfy B&B. No hot water to shower Sat. evening-seems to be a repeated theme in web reviews- do they not read them..? Bathroom is cramped. Overpriced- its only a comfy B&B not a hotel. Should make people aware of very limited parking facilities-it is pot luck with other B&B's competing for same space- |
