Overall, bright, cheerful atmosphere. Excellent breakfast. Rooms very clean.

Cappuccino/espresso machine has very good coffee but it was not ready to use the morning of our early departure.

The staff morning and night were very helpful. The breakfast was good and the servers were very friendly.

Good range of facilities in "Superior Room": Iron/Board, Bath, Hair Dryer, daily clean towels. Free espresso coffee in lounge was a plus. Good breakfasts

1.Water pressure in taps and shower LOW. 2. Water not very hot. 3. More hanging rails in the bathroom, the existing rail only accomodates 1 bath towel.

The B&B was rather corporate, not the stereotypical home with owners serving/hosting you. Not a big deal to us though. Cancellation policy. We had to pay for the second night although we had matters that caused us to have to leave early and didn't stay the second night.

A terrific reasonably-priced B&B in a quiet Galway suburb with excellent amenities - love the coffee/espresso machines. Spacious comfortable rooms, good breakfast. Exceptionally helpful staff. Great for sightseeing. City bus stops in front with fast easy service to Galway center. Staff will arrange a curbside pickup for you for tours of Connemara, the Burren, and the Cliffs.

The fact that breakfast is only served from 7:30. Although I was able to have breakfast just after 7, I felt that I was imposing

This hotel is right off of a main road and easy to find with only a map, nice tea selection, decent breakfast at a good price. I would stay here again.

Great place for our family of four: we had the chalet and it was perfect for a couple of nights. We didn't use the coffee lounge/breakfast facilities but they are a good idea and looked welcoming

This place was just lovely, we liked it so much we ended up staying another night. Very affordable for the quality of the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We were unlucky enough to be driving in right on peak hour and had a bit of trouble getting there, just make sure you have a clear map if you are driving.
