friendly helpful staff informative and would stay again !
everything was much more than our expectations Geraldin gave us feeling like it was our home best place that we were in Ierland
Very clean and comfortable! Easy to find.
Good spacious room. Plenty of place to sit with coffee and tea making facilities available in sitting room area. Ample parking space. Good Breakfast.
Had difficulty finding the place the entrance to the street is directly off a roundabout it would have helped if the B&B was signposted before the roundabout. I stayed for four nights on a couple of nights I was kept awake by people coming and going.
Facilities all good- staff very helpful and pleasant- good to have iron in room.
Fairly big airy room with nice bathroom. Very good vistiors lounge with coffee maker, filteredwater , TV and computer Staff friendly.
A little out of the way, really need your own car. Bed was too small and not very comfortable. TV was very small. Breakfast was not included in cost!
Clean Efficient Good Breakfast Close to town
Impersonal, nice to know the owners as we have experienced at other B&Bs. Service was good but lacked the personal owner touch.
- spacious room - delicious Full Irish Breakfast - nice atmosphere
- too far away from the centre
The room was comfortable and clean if a bit small. Reception area is very nice. Good customer service would make a big difference to this place.
The young man who checked us in. He didn't welcome us or show us to our room. He was uninterested as if he was doing us a favour. There are two front doors. Its confusing becsuse reception is behind one but there's no sign to say to use the other door.
We had the self catering charlet and it was ideal for us as we had our own space etc. Also the free coffee machine and drinking fountain was great. I would definitely stay here again for a longer stay.
WI-FI did not work in the charlet Young guy at reception could do with a course in customer service as i taught he was very poor at his job.
The room was nice.
Location. Too far from the city center and any pub.
I liked that the staff were very helpful and helped us out as we needed an extra bed in our room. There was no hassle. I would defo stay there again .
Room was nice if a bit small, breakfast was good
I was in room at top of b&b beside I took it family accommodation. Was woken at 6am with noise of someone briningdov for walk, glasses being carried and a very load water tank noise, very little sleep as a result!
Attractively furnished had laundry service.
Beds were poor, room was hot, no fan, no air conditioning and had an odd layout, poor choice for two travelers sharing room
Clean, staff pleasant, comfortable beds and good shower
Commercial feel rather than B&B ethos, felt like an hotel. Also long way from everything, no where handy to eat. Breakfast okay but not really good.
We stayed at the recommendation of our daughter, who had stayed there last year. It is in a good location - outside of Galway but near enough to get into town easily. Their breakfast was good, and coffee and tea were available all day and evening. It felt more like a hotel than a B & B but staff were professional and it was very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy.
You don't have the option of walking to dinner from this location, but it is a short drive from the coast and restaurant options.
The room and the irish breakfast over all. But all was great! And you can have water and coffee/tea available in two living room at main floor all day long until 11pm.
Community lounge with tea was nice.
They put us in a room detached from the building that felt like an ugly finished garage. It smelt very musty in there right when we walked in. We found black mold growing all over the shades and in the morning we were sick from breathing the mold all night. The manager was not there so I asked the ladies cleaning up to work on the mold and to have the manager get in touch with us. I left my contact info, but never heard back from anyone. Completely unacceptable room and service. We stay in a lot of hotels and have only been in one worse than this room ever.
Centrally located, easy access and helpful staff
Breakfast was a bit slow in being served
Better WIFI would be appreciated.
The proximity to the city was great, and it's set in a lovely location.
The rooms are extremely tired and dated. The bedding was my main concern as a synthetic duvet was used, without a cover, and entirely inappropriate for the summer climate being too rigid and hot.
Room was clean and furnished with good taste. We had space. The breakfast was good and we appreciated the free access to coffee. Internet was OK.
everything was very good
Location was very good for trips into Galway.
We were given an "upgraded" room in what appeared to be a converted garage in the back of the main bldg. The tiny TV in our bedroom didn't work properly and was located atop a 6 1/2 closet. The place also needed a good cleaning.
Very outskirts of town so car essential. Nothing within walking distance
