The hotel was clean, tidy, and in a good location....it met my needs, which on this occasion were fairly basic. |

Convenient. Friendly staff [or esp. so when they found I knew a couple of Russian words]. Clean. Free internet. Good breakfast [much more than one really needs]. Plenty of cupboard space. The bathroom was small! It would help if there was soap that you could take into the shower rather than the liquid soap near the handbasin. If you need a second handful of soap you have to get out of the shower, drip all over the floor and get back in again. It would also be good if there was at least one chair per person in the room and a table at desk height [its hard to use the wifi otherwise] |

The closeness to Eyre Square. I liked the fact that you could help yourself at breakfast which was good. The room was very clean and had tea and coffee making facilities. It was good to have free internet service. The bathroom was small and there were no shower mats despite the notice on the wall. The shower head could do with updating and it would be good to have a couple of glasses in the room and there was no hairdryer. |

Breakfast was not available at 10.10 but tea and toast was offered. Shower & toilet designed for skeleton 22" square shower cubicle. No shelving or hooks in bathroom, so toiletries had to be left on floor. No glass provided in bathroom for teeth-washing. No wardrobe or storage for clothing in room. Two bedside lockers were provided, but not suitable for storing sweaters etc. A shaky triangular rack was supplied on request to hang clothes but this item was designed to be a tubular 3-corner display unit which did not fit in the room very well, and was not designed for hanging clothes. Would only rate it for back-packers, anyone with a normal wardrobe would be left wanting. |

The room was on the small side (very compact) but cleverly designed for it's size...for the price we paid it was perfect and of an amazing standard! comfy bed, great hot shower, tv, mirrors, lovely modern decor....perfect for a short city break. would definitely stay there again. was perfect for us but some people may be disappointed with the size of the room. ours was very small and the bathroom was hilariously tiny...no space/wardrobe/hangers to put clothes so would only be appropriate for a short stay. |

Very central location I didn't find the staff very helpful. The car park was full even tho the website said there was parking, which is a facility I needed. When I asked if there was anywhere close by the girl shrugged her shoulders. I then had to pay for parking that aftyernoon/ the next morning!! |

Very convenient for Galway city centre, shopping, pubs etc. The fact that there was parking was a fantastic bonus in Galway on one of the busiest weekends of the year. |

Guest house Manager was really customer oriented, friendly and helpful. The guesthouse is located almost in the centre of Galway, it takes appr. 5 min to walk there which is really nice. Breakfast was good for scandinavian taste... The room was not in an excellent condition, however, it was clean. |

Very good breakfast and location in the city. Nice staff. The bathroom was very small and the plumbs were in need of reparation. Traffic noise from the road under the bedroom window disturbed sleeping. |
