the location was very good we were in one of the '' chalets '' at the back of the b& b , which was more like a converted garage space .the room was very small and felt claustrophobic . it was very basic and functional . the bed linen felt cheap and the floor was unswept . heating was kept to an absolute minimum .our breakfast was similarly adequate , but no more than that .

Friendly personnel, very clean room. A little small but won't notice. You're not in Galway to stay indoors... Breakfast is very complete! noisy neighbors upstairs, perhaps a carpet would help...

Great position - within easy walking distance of the awesome old town centre of Galway. Helpful, cheerful hosts and a good breakfast included. Room was neat and clean and tidy - with complimentary biscuits and chocolates and a jug with tea and coffee. The rooms are quite small with very little space to put bags etc.

The guy who checked us in was friendly. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, which is good as there was no pressure and it took longer to shower. There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The hotel seemed secure as you needed a key AND a code to get to your room. I was very disapponited in this hotel. When we arrived we were placed in room 19, which is behind the main building. The room and bathroom were small, the bed was fairly narrow for a double, and it was freezing! Even though we had the heat turned up on high we had NO heat and it was only 0 celsius. The shower door was broken and the bathroom so small you could barely turn around. There was a hair dryer, but the only outlet was out in the main room with no mirror! Breakfast was included in our price, but only included toast and cold cereal. Hot breakfast could be ordered but took SO long. The staff who were suppose to be overseeing the breakfast room were more interested in talking to each other instead of serving. I asked for coffee TWICE and still did not get it before we had to leave to catch our flight. The location is not good either. It was too far from attractions and places to eat. The parking lot was so small there were no spaces for us to park. At 69 euro a night this was the most expensive and worst place we stayed. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here!

Really yummy breakfast & little chocs in the room was a nice touch ... girls on a trip, so chocs always go down well. Room was fine & comfy, but small, which was fine for a weekend. Great location with only a short walk to main part of city. The parking was very tight & we did get boxed in, but staff were very obliging & woke up owners of the cars .. next time i'd probably park on the residential street a short distance up the road, to save being boxed in, but all ended well. Great stay

It was an excellent location less than 5 minute walk into town, free parking and wifi. Rooms were very modern clean and freshly painted, chocolates and biscuits were a really nice touch! Value for money was great along with breakfast and all staff! Will definitely be staying there again and would highly recommend it!

Clean comfortable room. Very close to Galway town centre. Good breakfasts. Reasonable price. It's very noisy! Fire doors are heavy, and walls are very thin. Sleeping not easy... Young crowd staying above us set the fire-alarm off in the middle of the night, and the night manager didn't seem to know how to re-set it. Not a place for a quiet romantic weekend, for example.

Very accommodating for late check in and we were up late for breakfast and they provided us with some. Very close to the city only 5-10 minute walk. I didnt like the fact that in the description it said the room had a double bed and a single and when we got to the room it only had 3 single rooms.

on the sunday morning when we went to get breakfast, 5 mins late, the staff clearly said that they were not serving food anymore and that there was none left anyway, which was definetly not true, take into account the clock went ahead an hour that night, there was no friendlyness that u would usually get in b&b's in the same situation, also the fire alarm went off for at least 20 mins at approx 4am, they did not take this into account the following morning when about 10 people were a few mins late for breakfast,
