The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The suite we stayed in was spacious, very clean and everything that should work worked. The price was very reasonable. And last but not least, breakfast, while inexpensive, set us up for the day.
There was truly nothing that we didn't like.
location of hotel to city center
The whole experience in Dublin
Nothing not to like.
Room was excellent. Liked it very much.
Very noisy. Noise from the traffic did not let me sleep properly...
Close to public transportation, shopping and places to eat. Very nice breakfast. Nice place for the price.
being so close to where I needed to be
Street noise - poorly noise isolated room. Not recommended for those with sleeping issues.
Overall, we found this place to be fabulous. The location of this guest house was great and within walking distance to the inner city, restaurants and attractions. Staff were friendly, room was very clean and comfortable.
Continental breakfast offered minimal choice and could have been better. But we found great cafes close by offering good breakfast deals.
The good facilities and comfortable room. Also the location
3 flights of stairs to climb to the room. But it was good exercise.
Good location;5-10min walk from O'Connell Street. Helpful and polite staff. Free Wi-fi helped in planning activities. Allowed us to check in earlier.
No practical wardrobe space in room. Tiny shower + no bath unlike last time. Awful 'push-to-operate' taps that leaked.
The location is amazing and the room was really big
Very central, clean
Close to centre great facilities
Easy to find, bus to and from airport right outside, I couldn't fault the hotel, the breakfast or the staff, the proximity to the city centre was fantastic. Bit weird opening your bedroom curtains to see a man sat at his desk but it wasn't warm enough for me to be in my birthday suit so no embaraasment there thank goodness.
Although the are between the hotel and O'Connell Street wasn't very attractive I never felt unsafe as a solo female traveller.
Good location, convenient to airport bus line. Walking distance to Trinity College, Temple Bar, Old Jameson, and everything in between. Clean room, good toiletries.
Top floor walk-up still hear the street noise. Double bed was two mattresses side by side...mind the gap.
No hassle at all in booking or checking in, it was cheap and it was clean with comfortable beds. Will definitely be back.
Very good location in the city centre, less than 5 min from the spire and the bus station. Nice a big room, with kettle, coffee, tea and biscuits. Big bathroom
This time we stayed in a big room with a heater in the weird corner of the room, which couldn't keep the room warm, it was quite chilly (in january). The bathroom was big and had only a towel heater so obviously it was cold during shower. The aircon heater in the wall if was supposed to work it certainly didn't.
Helpful staff, great rooms with lovely big beds! Felt clean and well looked after. Full Irish breakfast was excellent - very accommodating with requests and had fresh produce cooked to my liking. A good selection of continental breks as well. A good walking distance from the city centre and Temple Bar. Would recommend to a friend.
The room was clean the bed spacious - 2 twins pushed together, and the room comfortable.
Was met immediately on my arrival by reception who asked me to pay in full before I'd even seen the room. When I queried this practice I found this woman's response defensive and none too welcoming and she made a big deal about giving me a "pre-auth" that still required me to hand over my card and put in my pin.The room was a long 4 flights up stairs (no elevator) and the single-pane window did little to keep the busy all-night street noises out. No wifi was available in my room. My request for a wake-up call the first morning never happened. I don't know what breakfast was like as I didn't eat there. The place is shabby and overpriced. Finally, I ended up being charged £6 more than booking.com indicated which I was advised (when I first got there) to take up with Booking.com itself. Not a pleasant experience for me. But Dublin was magic.
Good location, friendly staff, early check-in was available, clean, comfortable
a little bit noisy.
Clean and comfortable room
No lift it is my only concern
Good location, good connection with airport, decent room
Slightly cold in the mornings and evenings - glass walls and windy weather.
Early check in Kind staffs Warm room Free wifi in room
Bus for airport drops 747 you at the door Staff were friendly and full of advice Right in town close to Connelly st Nice breakfast
