O hotel está muito bem situado e é muito confortável. O quarto era espaçoso e agradável. Pequeno-almoço também é bom.

Não há elevador até ao terceiro andar.

O atendimento é muito bom. É tudo muito limpo e aconchegante. O café da manhã também é muito bom. Os funcionários são muito prestativos.

Staff was available 24 hrs. They were very accommodating about arrival and departure. Room was large, with large bathroom. It was quiet.

The breakfast was included but the quality of the food was poor.

Breakfast facilities were poor. Paid on check in & then asked to pay again when leaving & had to produce evidence I'd paid. Heating system didn't seem to work so used a wall mounted heater. Hairdryer located in bedroom nowhere near a mirror!

The staff were friendly and helpful, they looked after our luggage all day after we checked out. It was fine for the price, and we had a great weekend

We had the twin room, unfortunately this room is right at the front of the house. It is adjoined to the reception and you can hear everyone coming and going from the main entrance and staff as they move around behind the reception desk. There is also a green neon light that illuminates the front of the building and the curtains are not blackout ones to stop this light from coming through. Otherwise the bed and breakfast was very clean and comfortable.

It was quite well located for the shops and only a short walk to the main temple bar area.

Although reasonably well located, it is not a nice walk at all as the area is decidedly unpleasant - we saw many homeless between the hotel and the main Temple Bar area. Hotel beds were very uncomfortable and the walls very thin - judging by the level of noise from the person next door. On arrival we were given no information about any of the facilites of the hotel ie where and when breakfast was served etc...and there was nothing in the room to provide any info for the hotel or the city itself which would have been useful.

Had a problem with a non-working heater, told the receptionist and as she couldn't get the maintenance out until the next day, she brought us an electric heater within 10 minutes - very good response and service. Really well situated. Good value for money.

Nice large room, clean with coffee/tea facilities, tv and en-suite. Good location within short walk of centre of Dublin. Reasonable cooked breakfast and pleasant staff.

Value for money, location, the breakfast was good and the staff were pleasant.

I paid by credit card and wanted to pay in Euros. However, the display showed pounds. When I queried this I was told that it was a new machine that told you the equivalent in your own money. This was wrong. I have now discovered that I was paying 3.5% conversion fee, which would not have been applicable if the hotel had taken the money in Euros. Also, I believe it is unlawful not to be given the option of how to pay. The hairdryer did not work, there was no plug in the sink (I asked for one three times and am still waiting), the cold water was just a trickle. The hotel was value for money, but based on the credit card experience, I could not recommend the hotel. If you do go, pay in cash.

The location near the station was great.

Very noisy, from the street and other rooms, the lights in our room made a noise when the people upstairs moved. Only 1 channel on TV, no remote, no glasses in bathroom. The taps are difficult to use. The heater did not work.
