-Excellent location in city centre -Good value for money -Really confortable beds
-The bathroom cleaning could be a bit deeper
Family run guesthouse Service is second to none - always email them direct if you have any requests/concerns, very quick and helpful responses received within minutes Most comfy B&B bed I have ever slept in!!!! Extremely clean Open 24hrs Secure luggage storage Breakfast is excellent value for money and very varied and lavish - you won't be going angry for the whole day 5mns walk to best shopping street (O'Connell St) and local nightlife (highly recommend O'Shea's pub across the road for a night out)
Although they promise no deposit to book room beware they do pre-charge your debit/credit card at least 2 days before of full price of room - if declined they may cancel it but do give you time to sort it out Had top floor room No 9 on 3rd level (no lifts!!) beware the hotel water tank is located right above the ceiling of that room so it was quite loud running and dribbling during the night - best rooms No 10 and 11 Bathroom - could do with a little shelf above sink Terrible lighting for make-up duties due to low voltage bulbs Not enough milk pods in tea and coffee facilities No late check out facilities (latest breakfast 10.30am and check out latest 11.30am) There is no safe facilities in the room so always take your IDs/passports and valuables with you at all times Not warm enough in the room
1) Location to centre of the city and only a few yard from the bus stop to/from the airport 2) Good size bedroom
1) Soap dispensers in shower too high & if you get up late shortage of hot water 2) No fried eggs for breakfast
The location is really good. Close to everything. The staff was nice and helpful. We really liked all the christmas decorations
The room was a bit cold
Everything: Great location, friendly staff, perfect facilities, good wifi.
This place has very good location and also the staff is very helpful and nice. The room was clean and spacious.
Breakfast included would have made it perfect
Near to shops and bus station
Expensive if compared to other nearby guest houses (I Noticed most have less fees per night
The room was clean warm and comfortable. good location and price, staff were very friendly.
we needed 3 single beds staff would not seperate two singles beds even when we suggested we would help or do it ourselves, very dismissive of our request and adamant that we wait till the following day.
Lovely staff, couldn't do enough for you, our plane wasn't until late on the night but staff allowed us to keep our luggage in the office, couldn't fault them!!
Joan the host/owner leads by example. Staff was congenial, courteous, helpful. Great location - .5 km from Temple Bar yet quiet. Elevator available for upper floors. Convenient bus connection by the front door - even the airport bus. Full value breakfast and/or healthy available. Comfortable room. Great room service. Hair dryer & corkscrew supplied on request.
inter-room phone apparently not-working.
Excellent location. Appreciated that they offered me breakfast at 6.30 so that I would be fed before my tour. Breakfast begins at 8a.m.
Great location near city centre, helpful hosts and a very interesting building
Rooms were set back from street, but there was still a fair amount of street noise
Easy to get to via airport city shuttle. Friendly staff, felt secure. Good value for the money.
A small, dated room on a street full of guesthouses.
We liked the guesthouse it was central so we could walk to the town there was some great local pubs with live Irish music which was fan. Lots of places to eat. We done a tour which got us away from the town which was really good.
It is quite a lively place which is fine but it was good to get away from Dublin and visit the countryside that's the real Dublin.
Clean, friendly staff, location
Breakfast could have been included in price! Room small.
good location, affordable, friendly
noisy - right next to train line shower pressure was low and the thermostat kept creeping up so constantly scalding self
Excellent location just a few blocks from O'Connell street Kind people in the reception desk
The price was high
The location was perfect - centrally located for the heart of Dublin and easy access to all the major places of interest. The staff was very friendly and exceptionally helpful!
Unfortunately our room was located on a side of the hotel near a bar/restaurant with clientele that were very noisy each night til about 1:30 a.m.
Amount of stairs and breakfast
Location and quiet. Daily service of room.
Had to pay for parking. 20 euro per day. Small TV.
Manager was super helpful and friendly! Great location, five minutes walk from downtown and right on the Airlink Bus route from the airport.
Difficult to find as street addresses are confusing. Look for the sign with a blue anchor on it.
Central location, tea and coffee facilities in our room. Excellent breakfast. Efficient staff.
No parking but can't be helped - we found somewhere round the corner!
5 minutes walk from o connell street,
difficulty sleeping due to the noise of seagulls outside even with the window closed.
Location Breakfast Staff
Traffic Noise (but you expect this in Dublin and it wasn't an issue)
