the space to relax seperate from sleeping area. the location. the staff. the food was lovely

the heating system did not advance for an hour so the apartment was slightly cold in the evenings.

Very friendly staff and made welcome. as soon as we arrived....apartment excellent!!!

There could be more entertaining television programmes. ...there were more news ones.....from which we were trying to get away from.

Apartments very noisey

Everything was great but the icing on the cake was when my husbands wallet was lost and it had been handed into reception by a member of staff (night porter) with everything still inside it. Restores your faith in human kindness

The staff were excellent, willing to do anything with a smile! Location excellent, we had an apartment town centre, overlooking a small lake and town park. Beds very comfortable. No noise at night. Kitchen lacked utensils (not even a tea towel) but the staff supplied us with anything we asked for with a smile. Overall excellent, and would return if occasion arises. Highly recommendable!

3 of us stayed in the apartment, and there was only 2 forks in the drawer! &Amp; generally poor amount of kitchen utensils and delf. So the kitchen facilities were poor. It was advertised with oven but only had a microwave.

Apartments very comfortable and stylishly decorated! Good range of breakfast options! Staff helpful and friendly! Had issue with hot water in the apartment but staff were helpful and quick in their response.

Just a little difficult to get from apartments to the main hotel.

Breakfast was delicious and included in the price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious for a young family.

Plates and cutlery could have been cleaner and newer. There was an empty space were the cooker should have been. Stain on a sheet on the bed. Late night noisy crowds coming back from a night out woke us up.

Spotless clean, catered for all our needs,& the chamber maid was extremely nice on our second day. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had just come in after night out in bar 2.30 ish am & were making tea/toast & the trip switch went in the kitchen area & one of the staff came up & reset it for us within literally a couple of minutes. The previous day one of the girls had trouble getting out of the bathroom & again the staff were attending the room in no time at all.There was a bit of a fight in car park again we rang reception & the security had it dealt with almost immediately. We have a trip every Christmas & the women agreed that it was the best place we've been to in the last 10years . Thank you :)

We had nothing to dis-like about the aptments. It was brill & really helped make the weekend extra enjoyable

The food was nice, nice range of drinks, rooms were nice, handy parking, good value for money, very nice breakfast.

The WIFI didn't work, none of our devices could connect

we stayed for one night at the apartments and although the apartment itself was lovely we had two children up crying till after 4am due to the couple in the next room argueing,this was mentioned to the staff when paying. we also only recieved part of the breakfast that was ordered thiswas also mentioned to staff but we were offered no appology. i definatly would not stay again or recommend it to family or friends. i feel we paid 130 euro for one night sitting in a room aswe did not get sleep and two out of the four breakfasts were missing.it would of been nice to have been offered a discount due to these reasons.

Nice clean up-to-date apartment...

I stayed at the apartments with my mother and sister. The staff were absolutely wonderful. We made several requests, all of which were dealt with swiftly and with kindness. We were very impressed. I will definately be making a return visit at some stage. The apartments were very comfortable with a lovely view of the park and lake.

Some noise from party revellers returning to their rooms late night/early morning!... But all in good spirits.

Very well finished, spacious & comfortable appartments. I left an item behind, and my query by phone the following day was followed up quickly & courteously by staff, I received the item back in the post two days later. Very good service.

Several minor problems with apartment e.g. neither Wi-Fi or cable connection to internet worked, the microwave did not work.

Rooms are very well presented, modern and spacious. Value for money at certain times. Ideal location for going out in Mullingar
