I booked the hotel to coincide with the North Leinster Tennis Tournament which was held in Mullingar .The hotel was the principal sponsor and was offering a reduced rate for those participating. My stay was very enjoyable. There is music at the weekend end which is noteworthy if a quiet night is desired this may be worth considering and the attached apartments which were offered to me but declined may be the place to book. The tennis courts are on the hotel's doorstep. |

we stayed in one off the apartments it had loads off room and relaxing. Breakfast was good however 10 am was very early for breakfast to finish on weekend mornings. We were not told about hot water in our room you needed to switch on the heating to get enough hot water for a shower. |

The hotel is situated in the centre of the town very convenient for shoping in Mullingar, approx half an hour from Dublin and surrounded by lakes and countryside. The Hotel has ample private off street parking which is free to guests. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast menu was excellent and cooked to perfection. |

Everything was faultless apart from rude reception staff. Underground parking is quite tight. |

The breakfast was astounding. There was a party in the function room and so it was very noisy in my room. Extremely noisy in fact. |

the shower door...I know it's silly when all else was wonderful, but the step out was not easy for my husband with a bad hip. And the shower did not retain warmth. |
