Very friendly staff, good size pool with sauna, steam room & jacuzzi. A fitness suite with nearly all types of gym equipment. Walking distance of local shops and bars. A well kept surrounding landscape garden.

Staff, general helpfulness on the part of everyone, free access to leisure centre (swimming in my case). There was a temporary problem with the free wifi setup, which looked as though it was going to be sorted out asap.

On arrival I was informed that I would not be booked in untill 3pm. My booking confirmation slip indicated that I could book in on arrival from 1.30pm, which suited my purposes as I had a wedding at 3pm. As you can imagine this caused some distress for us as we had no room in which to change in and did not wish to be late for the wedding ceremony in Inch House. All in all a poor start

The room was very very cold when we arrived. It was a windy night and the curtains were actually blowing from the breeze that was coming in the window even though it was closed tightly. We had to moved to another room. Wont be back.

Nice and relaxing staff were very pleasant and friendly. Guests enjoyed sing song in residence bar and the staff were not pushy like other hotels in trying to get everyone to bed

Staff especially and the breakfast was Brilliant.! location also and grounds and parking and distance fom Thurles centre Tiny things that did not take away from the experience of our night too much like our kettle did not work and extractor fan in the bathroom had also died but as I say if we were staying longer than the 1 night we would have asked to me moved or something but staff were so nice ...... a room at the back had humming noise from external apparatus like a refigeration unit or some such so ask for 1 at front until they sort that

The hotel was brilliant. The staff was very friendly. Night watch man was a great addition to the hotel. He had an awesome sense of humour and made us feel very welcome while we were waiting for breakfast. The rooms were great and I was very surprised as the price was reasonable. The bar/restaurant was a little bit dark and some of the parking spaces in the front courtyard were difficult to get out of.

Staff were very friendly and the food was lovely. Loads of car parking space is a great bonus. Prices were very reasonable and the bar is a great place to relax and have a drink. We did not have time to use the leisure facilities so unfortunately cannot comment on this aspect but would definitely recommend this hotel and will be going back at some point in the future. Excellent setting for family parties/get togethers. We've held two family events there and both have been fantastic. Not really enough light in our room which made it a bit difficult to do my makeup!! Not something that would stop us visiting again.
