The location and staff
Everything was great. Very friendly owner. A beautiful place to relax. Everywhere wonderful views and beaches. I highly recommend this place.
Absolutely fantastic location; very friendly and helpful owner; remote area but comfortable.
Liked the value regarding the rates! Location was scenic! Rooms were extremely clean.
Not enough pillows on the beds! Could do with more for comfort.
Everything was good: Irish breakfast, comfort, superb location, the room and facilities
Windows could be sealed better (the wind was strong, noisy and was able to pass gaps in the window frame)
The Host is Friendly and helpful. He shows us the places where to go and what to see. Provided Breakfast before the time as we had to leave early to catch the rally. Highly Recommended.
atmosphere very quiet area beautiful surrounding good size room great kitchen
not very clean
There was nothing to like.
Ocean view was advertised; however, the ocean view was a sliver if you lean into the window box, and put your face in the top left corner of the window. There was a hostel on the floor above which was extremely noisey. We booked two nights, but got out fast after first night.
We knew that this was a long ways off the beaten path, but after several days in Dublin and Belfast, we thought it would be a nice change of pace from being in the city. Our room was small, but nice. We had to go outside and around the building to get to the common kitchen/ breakfast area, which wasn't enjoyable since we were there on a rainy, windy day. The common area had a nice peat fireplace and was toasty warm. It was a nice opportunity to I tract with other travelers and with the owner of the establishment.
The staff were so welcoming and keen for us to enjoy the area and its attractions. Plenty of parking, clean and well appointed rooms and en-suite. Great breakfast and plenty of room to enjoy it. Wish we could have stayed there longer.
I could hear the person in the next room snoring :(. But I think he/she must have been very loud.
Manager very friendly and helpful with accurate info on the area. One room needed shelves/ hooks in bathroom - no place but the floor to put things. Lighting poor in common area. Hard to see maps books etc. for trip planning.
excellent setting. Local information from owner. Excellent breakfast for the money. Big turf fire in the sitting area. Tea and coffee available at no extra cost Over all good value in a budget accod
This hostel is a nice place to stay, with friendly staff and warm rooms.
Slieve League Cliff walks Beautiful scenary Tranquilly
Nothing All good...
very friendly owner, amazing views, clean rooms. if you are not a family, just bunch of free young people, then its is good for you.
very dirty bathroom, cold breakfast that you have to hunt, when we came there was hardly anything left - and it states in his online description that it is family friendly, but there was no high chair for our baby.
The buffet breakfast
Just our shower wasn't working but we got to have a shower in another room. It was ok
Beautiful part of Donegal, excellent value and comfort, and the owners were outstandingly friendly and helpful .
The price is right. Nice kitchen downstairs. Great budget option.
Wifi was very weak in upstair rooms. Light didn't work in bathroom. Drain clogged in upstairs shower.
Great staff and facilities. Great scenery and lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. Even the weather was superb.
No complaints at all.
Great place to stay Great friendly and discreet owners: they hand you over the keys, then you can come and go any time...no curfews! Great variety of teas! Great breakfast for a fiver! Cereals + Irish breakfast! (Bacon, sausages, eggs)
